We had a total of 3 dogs and they loved swimming and running every day! This property is a gem and the owners are fantastic. 'Went for a getaway with a couple of friends, and we found this guesthouse charming, sparkling clean, and tastefully decorated. We enjoyed playing games in the quiet cottage, sitting around the firepit in the evening, and walking in the meadows. Our hosts were very thoughtful and easy to contact--they made us feel special, from the personalized welcome note to the fresh flowers and homemade cookies waiting in the kitchen.'

'The area is beautiful. Couldn’t get the heater to work properly. So it was a bit chilly. My husband did want to watch a little t.v. but the sound kept messing up. The screen door was broken and my husband was very concerned about the tape around all the outlets. He didn’t feel it was safe so we didn’t stay a second night. However, if you can get passed all that, it has a nice deck, the lake is just a few feet away and it’s just very pretty and peaceful.'

'Stayed here while in the area for a wedding. Great fishing dock, it was a little to early in the spring to catch much but still had a great time. Bring supplies for Mosquitos and bugs... it is on the lake after all. Overall great relaxing stay.'

'Let me first say that the house was adorable, clean and had comfy beds. The deck has 2 locking gates for kids or privacy and was spacious. I worked outside on my laptop 2 days and enjoyed the lake and gentle breeze. It was nice to have real toilet paper and full size toiletries (I brought my own but it was a nice touch). Now….. I was alone while my kids were at church camp nearby and was a bit nervous the first nights and at times. The drive is several miles down a few diff gravel roads to...
