The property was located in a great neighborhood. Severalcafes, restaurants, shops of various types. The neighborhood felt safe and people were friendly.

Once we had arrived and arranged for keys and entry pad, getting into and out of the building was a snap. Contacts with management good. It was clean but Spartan. Thus not encouraged to do any cooking. Is located in an interesting neighborhood. Felt safe at night but lacked large markets to shop at.

Ja foi melhor , antigamente tinha alguém na recepção e limpeza do quarto diariamente. Agora tem pagar uma faxineira se quiser. Pedi um pequeno late check-out ,só se pagar US 25,00. Muito bem localizado

Cesar gracias por su puntuación y comentario, desde 2020 no se hace limpieza diaria salvo por pedido y con costo adicional, y la conserjeria es desde el primer piso y con horario hibrido entre presencial y virtual. La tarifa del late es 50% de la tarifa diaria, le hicimos un descuento en su caso por ser cliente. Gracias por elegirnos

The concept is ApartHotel. Room cleaning is extra $25 dollars and has to be pre-arranged. Extra towels also had to be requested and paid in dollars not pesos. The toilet seat was old and discolored. There were cracks in the bath ceiling and the bath door’s bottom had signs of damage. Unlike other Apart hotels in the country, breakfast is not included.

Maria lamentamos que no haya disfrutado su estadia siendo que se le ofreció un late check out gratis USD 40 por las molestias nos indicó, agradecemos la información brindada para mejorar, y por favor fijese que en la pagina describe que no se sirven desayunos y la limpieza diaria no esta incluida y es por pedido todo esta detallado en la página de EXPEDIA

Bom hotel
Nao há recepção. Então, é necessario marcar a chegada para entregarem as chaves (a gerência faz um grupo de WhatsApp que funciona bem). As instalações sao amplas e limpas. Tivemos um problema com a pia da cozinha vazando agua, mas fomos compensados depois com um late check-in sem custo adicional. A limpeza nao é feita, a não ser que pague por fora. Mas, no geral, achei confortável, bem localizado (adorei o bairro!) e considero um bom custo-beneficio.

Good location but building maintenance not a strong point. Heavy smell of mold/damp from AC. Erratic WiFi -- really don't recommend trying to Zoom for work from this property.

El departamento es muy lindo y al tener las ventanas hacia atrás no es ruidoso. Pudimos descansar bastante bien. Está muy bien ubicado para lo que nosotros necesitábamos y las personas que nos recibieron y despidieron, muy atentas.

Clean and attentive but no reception desk
I was surprised there was no reception desk. Although there wasn’t a 24 hour reception area, they were very attentive to all my messages. I didn’t like walking into an empty building at night. They did not have housekeeping services. And the last night before I was checking out, I ran out of toilet paper and I could not call them in the middle of the night. I probably would not stay here again because of these things if I were traveling alone. However it’s a very clean place and the price was right. The heating made a very loud noise but I needed to keep it on because it was cold out. The neighborhood is very nice and the restaurant on the corner, Los Pinos, was great.

Great budget friendly small hotel
This is a very small apart hotel. Two apt suites on each floor serviced by two separate elevators so you step off into your own foyer outside your suite. We had a one bedroom suite, very spacious with small kitchen and dining area off a nice sized living room, good sized bedroom and closet with safe, nice bathroom, balcony. Very clean and comfortable with good housekeeping service. In a nice and convenient neighborhood of Recoleta with some good neighborhood restaurants very close by and only a few blocks from the more trendy Recoleta Cemetary area. There is no real lobby, just a couple of couches and a concierge on duty 24 hrs. We visit BA every year. The value for the price is excellent. Only con is the furnishings are starting to show some wear and tear, but still very comfortable and inviting.

no recomendable por el costo que tiene,hay mejores
no nos gusto que la television no se encontraba en el cuarto,y no tenia cable,la pintura estaba toda descascarada del cuarto,hay que dejar las llaves en recepcion cada vez que salis del cuarto y eso no nos agrado porque tenemos todas nuestras pertenencias ahi y no contaba con el desayuno y me cobraron mas que lo acordado.

Estimada Ana, Lamentamos mucho su disconformidad. En Art Suites trabajamos constantemente para intentar brindar el mejor servicio a nuestros huéspedes. Todos los comentarios nos sirven para mejorar. El servicio de cable esta instalado en todo el hotel, al respecto le comentamos, dado que los departamentos tienen 2 ambientes generalmente los huéspedes prefieren la tv en el living, caso contrario se puede solicitar otra tv en el dormitorio. Expedia publica tarifas con y sin desayuno, lo cual esta especificado claramente en la web de Expedia. En este caso eligieron tarifa sin desayuno. Respecto al cobro, Expedia no incluye el Iva en las tarifas publicadas, el impuesto (IVA) se cobra al realizar el pago en el hotel. Lamentamos si el departamento en el cual se alojó no estaba en perfectas condiciones de pintura, estamos justamente realizando el proceso de renovación del hotel. Sugerimos a nuestros huéspedes dejar las llaves en recepción, por seguridad ya que sólo se entrega a pasajeros alojados, en todos estos años nunca hemos tenido inconvenientes al respecto. Igualmente este procedimiento no es obligatorio. Esperamos contar nuevamente con su visita. Muchas gracias, Gerencia.

I have stayed at this hotel four times and I love it each time! It’s in a lovely neighbourhood and the staff are friendly and helpful! The apartment is spacious and also the location is good for exploring Buenos Aires! It’s close to two metro stations and also within walking distance of Recoleta Cemetery, El Ateneo, MALBA and Museo de Belle Artes. Also safe and quiet!

Family suite
Excellent set up in apartment style hotel. Nothing fancy. Suite was well suited for family of four. Two bedrooms, two baths, kitchen, living room, & balcony. Clean with a few minor issues. Location was fairly convenient to the Subte (metro). Not far from Recoleta Cemetery & heart of Recoleta. Lots of shopping nearby. Staff was friendly. 24 hr. security. Well priced.

Viagem com amigos
Hotel confortável , boa localização, atendimento bom , prédio reformado, no quarto que ficamos o Ar condicionado parou de funcionar na terceira noite , foi sugerido trocar de quarto, mas como não estava tão calor acabamos ficando no mesmo quarto, tem um bom espaço, tudo limpo. Para quem esta turistando como eu fui, foi ótimo pois saia cedo e só voltava para banho e durmir.
