Locatie was prima, veel restaurants en winkels in de buurt. Afstand niagara falls mooi aan te rijden. Huisdieren toegestaan, in een kamer dame met 4 katten ( nu heb ik zelf katten, dus ik hou er erg van) maar in de gang stonk het enorm naar katten urine! Wij zijn 1 dag eerder vertrokken dan de planning was.

First of all I've never stayed at a motel that didn't have a microwave or refrigerator in the room very inconvenient...The ice machine on the first floor was broken we had to go up to the second floor another inconvenience...We got our room for two nights the first night our toilet got plugged and we couldn't use it the rest of the night...The next day I went to the front desk to talk to someone about the toilet they moved us from our room to another one but the lady at the front desk was very nasty about it or bathroom the door in the second room kept locking when I went back to the front desk to ask the lady for something to open the door she got nasty with me again...I will never stay here again

While I typically opt for accommodations beyond budget hotels/motels, the high lodging rates in Buffalo during the event weekend led me to choose this option for my one-night stay. In summary, the property would receive a 5 out of 10 rating from me. The room was relatively clean, addressing my top concern of pests, but the towels and rags were in poor condition. Despite the tub appearing clean, it was stained, and the hallways lacked sufficient lighting, creating a gloomy atmosphere. The mattress was uncomfortable and of low quality, and there were minor stains on one of the pillowcases. While suitable for a brief overnight stay and if you’re on a budget, I wouldn't recommend an extended stay at this property.

Room was clean but is definitely a no frills kind of place. Neither of the electrical outlets in the bathroom worked. Outlets in the room worked but there wasn't a mirror in that area of the room. Our room was next door to the laundry. There wasn't any hot water for showers except in the early mornings.

The location is great except for the rooms facing Hwy 290 because of the noise; rooms on the other side have no noise issues but the maintenance in general is not the best. The washroom sink in both rooms we had were nearly fully plugged. The mattresses need to be replaced and the bed covers all need a good wash.

Bedbugs. Bedbugs are bad here. First and second room both had them. The staff was shown and still insisted that they didn't have the bedbugs. Never again will I stay there, questioning use of Xpedia too.

Check your accounts. They keep incidental fees.
Heard all different animal noises all night long, didn't even stay the whole night left because I could not sleep. The hotel charged me a $100 incidentals fee and never refunded me the money. The man at the front desk was very rude and unfriendly.
