Only issue we had was the virtual check in didn't work, the code issued for the door didn't work and being from Canada we couldn't use our phones to call the help centre without roaming charges, so we had to track down someone with a local phone to call and even then it took 4 tries to get a code that would open the door. 'The comforter on our bed was bloody, contacted vacasa and they offered no solution other than we're sorry. While technically walkable to downtown it's 1 mile plus each way. Probably a no go for most families with smaller kids.The rates were reasonable, I would probably stay here again if other options weren't available but will definitely look elsewhere next time.'
