Great experience!
We had a fantastic stay at this rental! We rented this place to snowboard at Shawnee. The location, just 25 minutes from Shawnee, was convenient with a supermarket midway. The house was clean, spacious, and accommodated our group of 9 comfortably. The fireplace added a cozy touch, and it seems like the place was recently renovated. Quick and friendly communication from the seller enhanced our experience. Highly recommend!

Perfect week in Saw Creek
My wife and I and our 2 year old son spent Thanksgiving week in this house, and we really enjoyed our stay. The space was perfect for our family. Since everything was on one level, it was easy to manage our very curious toddler. The kitchen was, for the most part, well equipped and suited our needs perfectly as we did quite a bit of cooking. The owners were very responsive to questions, and when we had some minor hiccups with WiFi were able to provide useful suggestions for the correcting the issue. We wouldn't hesitate to stay at this property again.

As-Advertised!
Pictures online really doesn’t do any justice for the beauty and openness of this home. The bedrooms were immaculate, bathrooms clean, and appliances all updated. We ended up using the projector to stream the PSU game the Saturday we were up (LETS GO STATE) which was an awesome experience. Comfortably fit 8 adults.

Perfect Family weekend Away!
The house was exactly as pictured in photos! The host Tom was awesome replying to any questions and concerns had. My teenage son enjoyed sometime on the outdoor basketball court and would play with local children daily. We will be back to visit soon!

Perfect Home for large group
We, 8 friends stayed for two nights. The place was large enough and spotless. It was far better than it looks in pictures. The owner always replied to all our questions in a timely manner. Check-in and checkout were straightforward. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped.

We had a great family time and enjoyed the house and location. 10 min away from Bushkill and various local attractions. House was perfect. The hosts had everything one would need, from a fire pit to projector and surround sound to legos and books for kids. Tom was very helpful and responsive. Would definitely visit them again.

Long vacation weekend
The house was beautiful...exactly as pictured. We enjoyed our long weekend. We hiked Bushkills Falls, ziplined at TreeVentures, and tubed at Blue Lightning. Others enjoyed horse back riding. Then we went to my nephew's wedding at Shawnee on Delaware. A wonderful weekend at a wonderful house!

Fantastic Experience!
The house was immaculate and well stocked. The host was a pleasure to deal with, responded so quickly and the decor was amazing. Everything felt new and modern with the most relaxing vibes. The kids loved the fire pit and outdoor space and the cell phone service in the house was strong. . A bit far from most Poconos attractions but very close to Bushkill Falls. We would go back again in a heartbeat!

Excellent family vacation
My family had a wonderful time staying at Tom and Olga's place. The space was large for our family of 7 plus a toddler and an infant. The kitchen was great. We cooked a majority of our meal there, had pretty much all the things we needed and enjoyed sitting around the table for dinner. The beds were nice and the a/c was really cool in the hot summer month. We enjoyed roasting smores over the firepit and grilling on the deck. Plus, it was only 4 min drive to the nearest pool where we went to half the days. There was a lot to do in the area, however, it was at least a 25 min drive to get anywhere. Nothing against the house, we loved it, but with an infant taking lots of naps it took some planning to get out, not that we wanted to. Everything we needed was there. Also, any questions or issues we did have Tom would respond immediately and was always helpful in resolving whatever was needed. We really appreciated it. I would definitely recommend.

Great stay
Very clean and spacious house, very child friendly and great for family gathering. Easy to use community facilities and Tom is very responsive in replying during stay. Access was setup and easy to come in and out of community gates. We cooked most of our meal in house, so just make sure you bring all you need for cooking. You would need to bring your own oven baking pan if you need to use the oven.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
Our family, ages ranging from 2-74, had a good time at this property. The house seemed pretty clean, bathrooms, linens, etc. The floors were dirty but I only noticed by the bottoms of my 2 year olds feet. He would run around barefoot and his feet were black by the end of the night. Kitchen is well stocked, had everything we needed. Outside area was nice for bonfires. One thing I wanted to note was the binder that comes with the house stated quite hours after 10pm, the residents across the street were blasting music until almost 11pm. Thumping music and its our understanding that they live there full time so clearly there are not quite hours in place. Also be mindful that this place is listed as sleeps 10 (a ton of trundles between all of the rooms) but there are only 2 bathrooms and 1 is in the master so if we were not family, it would have been difficult for 6-8 people to use one bathroom. The house does appear the same as pictures, worth noting. Updated, cute house but probably a little tight for 10 people. The in and out process to access the neighborhood is tideous. You have to provide name and address everytime you come into the neighborhood and some of us where asked to give drivers licenses, asked the names of our passengers. So it would be nice to have some type of pass where you do not have to do this each time you leave the property. The location of this property is in good proximity to food and groceries. Lastly, with the being a “ski” town, you would think the property would offer some storage space for “toys”. My brother brought his bike, one wheel, etc and we had to store some stuff in the house and on the back deck. Would be nice to have a dedicated area for storage available to guest. Overall, we had a great time and really enjoyed our weekend together! One more thing, there were a few bins of random toys in a room and my 2 year old loved it. That was def a plus since we did not travel with any toys.

Excellent stay
Very well kept and well equipped house, with all the conveniences and a great deal of charm in the way the house is decorated. Two lovely decks, and lovely backyard space for a night around the fire (which unfortunately we could not use due to the weather). Well-working Wood burning fireplace definitely a plus for us. Clean and well organized. Olga and Tom were very responsive. Thanks for hosting us, we hope to be back!

Nice space, but not equipped for family meals
The rental was clean and, by appearances, recently redone. Bathrooms are deluxe. (Somewhat strange, however, that you need to bring your own bath towel stash and the body wash dispensers were empty.) Bedrooms are comfortable, equipped with European style platform beds and quilts. Generally speaking, a good rental – though conspicuously lacking in kitchen equipment. Among everyday items that were missing: baking sheets, a handmixer, a measuring cup, any measuring spoons, any kind of baking dishes, any storage containers, a functioning can opener, and a colander. The result was another trip down the mountain, on Thanksgiving eve, to pick up equipment necessary to make a holiday meal for our family. When spending a couple thousand dollars for a four day rental, it seems a little sideways to go wanting for $150 worth of basic cooking supplies.

Thank you for your stay and review Michael. I'm surprised you complain about the towels but this is listed in the property description and in the rental agreement that you signed. Regarding the kitchen equipment, the property gets good review and praise for how it is equipped but I understand it did not meet your expectations. As per our conversation during your stay however, I offered to reimburse you if you decided to buy anything that you needed. I think this was fair. I'm glad that your rental was good and comfortable in the end and that you had a great Thanksgiving.

Clean, beautiful home!
I am a neighbor and I booked this property to accommodate my family a bit more comfortable than having them use air mattresses at my home. This home was well equipped and extremely clean. The layout is very easy and this house had everything needed for a quick stay. I saw when the owners purchased the home and all the hard work they put into it and it is gorgeous!! My family enjoyed the home very much and we look forward to booking again. Thank you, Tom. For the wonderful stay.

5 stars!
Our stay was close to perfect at Tom and Olga's place. We had a bit of a hiccup at the beginning, this gorgeous house is part of a safe and quiet gated community, but none of the names of the people staying were on the list - It required me reaching out to Tom, which took some time. However, after that small hiccup- I do not have one complaint about the house or property! The house is perfect for 8 people, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is spotless, with a large kitchen and large living area. We truly loved every minute. Golf course, shops, flea market, and other Pocono attractions very close by!

The home was beautiful & clean. Able to accommodate our large family of 10. We loved the updated kitchen & bathrooms. The only issue was not having enough pool passes for all 10 of us & we didn't know beforehand there were limited days/times to access the amenities due to covid restrictions. Most of our group weren't able to enjoy the pools so we bought tickets & a cabana at a nearby water park (Camelback Beach) to make up for that. Overall we had a great time & would come back.

Stayed here for the weekend with a group of friends/family. It had a great setup-more than enough living room seating and beds for all. Decks are great! Luxury Accommodations at an Affordable Price
We have stayed in many rental properties over the years. We are picky and quite particular with needing a clean, fresh, and aesthetically pleasing home to relax. This property ranks right up there as one of the best we have stayed. Very tech savvy home; beds were super comfortable; bathrooms were top notch; ping pong table was fun. All details were thought through in the design of this home. Tom was personable and very quick to reply if we had questions too. You won’t regret renting this home from Tom and Olga.

Modern, Comfortable Home
Tom & Olga's home was a lovely place to stay for a long Weekend. The home is completely updated with very modern finishes throughout but still cozy. The pictures posted reflect the home. Tom & Olga were extremely responsive & helpful with any questions we had. Their instruction manual was thorough & answered most of the issues we encountered with the house. My party consisted of 4 adults ,3 children ranging in ages 8-10 and 1 teenager and we had plenty of space for everyone to relax. Our only problem was the last guest did not leave one of the badges to access community amenities (Pool, tennis court, etc.) and given a holiday week the welcome center was not open to replace badge the days we needed. This had us doing some last minute schedule adjustments to the schedule and splitting up for a while to ensure everyone got to do something they enjoy. Other than this issue the stay was a pleasure and would definitely consider staying at this property again as long as can be assured all badges will be available upon arrival.

Great vacation house!
We stayed in January, owner was very communicative, he explained everything before arrival, rules were very straightforward. House was as described, new, clean, cozy and comfortable. Whole my family loved it. They have fireplace which we have enjoyed very much. Quiet neighborhood and gated. Only thing I didn't like, that shops are 20 mins away which makes 40 mins roundtrip. And the entrance. everytime you leave the community and coming back, you have to stop and wait for the guard to do whole process again and again, especially there is a cars wait line always, so it's little bit inconvenient. Overall great house, nice owners, good location!!! Totally recommend.

Updated Modern Cozy Retreat
Our family of 5 adults really enjoyed our stay in this newly renovated home in a great gated community in the mountains! We enjoyed all the amenities it has to offer - fireplace, ping pong table, projector for movies, huge refrigerator, poker table (perfect for puzzles too), and close to many wonderful parks with beautiful waterfalls and challenging hikes! We would definitely recommend this home!

Great stay!
This is a great property! The entire house looks to have been renovated recently and it shows. We loved the layout and furniture. Baseboard heaters worked well and kept the place toasty. Beds were on the firmer side and very comfortable; always a worry for me since I've had back issues in the past. Great communication with the owners and will definitely be coming back here again.
