The reception is terrible there, a house phone would be a great addition for emergencies. Other amenities for the cost would be great such as small toiletries, garbage bags,firewood and towels. Not really swimmable from the short dock but there were a couple of sand bars in the lake that we took the boat to and swam off of!...
