Muchas gracias Simone por tomarse el tiempo para dejarnos sus comentarios, fue un placer atenderla y recibirle en nuestro hotel, lamentamos la situación del AC fue algo que escapó de nuestras manos porque luego del huracán fue difícil conseguir las piezas que se dañaron en las compresoras y por eso el edificio no tenía AC... Nos faltó comentarle que hay que poner el señalamiento de limpieza afuera de su puerta para saber que necesitaba servicio todos los días, porque por lo general no hacemos limpieza diario, solo si se solicita y no sabíamos que tenía hormigas para sacarlas de ahí, pero gracias por avisar para que los próximos huéspedes de esa suite no tengan ese problema, esperamos que regrese pronto y nos permita brindarle una mejor experiencia en el futuro. Hello Mr. Salvador, thanks for take the time to write us a review about your experience, as like you saw and we talked in person our place is small and the staff is always under the service of the guests in the building or outside, that's why we provided you more than 4 different phone numbers to call or text in case you need something when nobody is at the building, we always worked like that without problems and are under the service of the guests, but if they don't contact us we can't guess if they need something. We hope in your next visit you stay more than one night and see how eficient is our job with or without people in the building after regular hours.

Saludos señora Ofelia, lamentamos que su estancia con nosotros no haya sido la mejor, sin embargo, desde que llegó se le dijo que lo que necesitaran lo solicitarán por favor (el personal de recepción que estuvo ahí para recibirles), que estamos para servirles, dentro de las suite hay un letrero que se pone en la puerta para solicitar limpieza, se le preguntó si la requerían al día siguiente de su llegada al pasar por recepción y dijo que no, que ustedes ya habían hecho las camas, aún así la camarista pasó a sacar basura y revisar que todo estuviera bien. El sábado solo se trabaja hasta la 1pm y los domingos no hay servicio porque es el día en que descansa todo el personal, incluido recepción y en el horario publicado tanto en expedia como en el edificio se especifica, aunado a que se le proporcionaron números de oficina, celular y hasta whatsapp para que se comunicara si necesitaba algo. Para estancias futuras tomaremos en cuenta sus comentarios para explicar de mejor manera a los huéspedes cómo solicitar limpieza con el letrero de la puerta, pese a esto esperamos que su estancia en Los Cabos haya sido placentera.
