'This condo is very clean and the beds are great! Great view of the fireworks over Memorial Day weekend. Everything needed is there, from beach towels for the pool to Folgers coffee samples. You just need to bring food and drinks! The kids enjoyed having games to play and the pool. Five stars!'

'Host were amazing, property was beautiful, view spectacular, would definitely stay here again and tell others about. Location was great to everything we wanted to do. If I had to ask for anything to change it would be the bed , I love a soft bed but this was way to soft and one of us ended up sleeping in the chair. 'Nice little place to stay enjoyed it very close to downtown. Either the listing didn’t mention it or I didn’t read it but this is a duplex and it’s downstairs. So if someone is in the upper unit you will hear them that’s the only thing I could complain about it may be something if you are just staying in the unit and don’t plan on leaving. The Tv and internet is great. Can’t complain!'

'Great Time'

'The guest bedroom mattress was hard for my liking. I also think a tv should be in each bedroom. Other than that the condo was fine. My biggest issue was with Vacasa Management. We sat at the gate waiting for the correct code to get in the gate for close to an hour. Vacasa gave us an incorrect code. Also did for internet, but I figured it out. Luckily after a neighbor saw us sitting there cat the gate for such a long time they gave us the code after I explained the issue and where our rental was...

'Everything was great except there was geese poop all over the walkway next to the lake.'

'My daughter and I were visiting Hot Springs for a volleyball tourney, and the hotels were so overpriced. We enjoyed having our little spot on the water for a similar price. Just as described, and we felt quite safe. Easy peasy.'
