Ticks the box for somewhere to stay when flying in/ out of Calgary. Free airport shuttle service is great. Room was clean and spacious. Area is fairly secluded in a commercial estate, we had a rental car so didn’t affect us. Thankyou

Far from restaurants, hot tub was too chlorinated bleached the colour out of my bathing suit and ruined it/ an 80.00 one I would give praise to the shuttle drivers both great but the one that picked us up from airport went out of his way to accommodate us at dinner too

Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and everything worked. Breakfast was good with lots of options. Parking was good. It is not near any restaurants or shops but worked for our 3 night stay.

I didnt like the housekeeping staff waking us up at 8:50 am, for nearly $200 a night it would be respectful to wait until people check out before entering their room.

We would have stayed a second night but price increase too much despite not having to clean the room nor change towels soap etc. Breakfast was just okay.

the staff are very friendly, professional, always smiling when we were checking in and out. we enjoyed our stay. We will be back. highly recommend the room was very clean. They even serve Decaf coffee :) breakfast was very good and also included - the kitchen guy was very approachable professional and friendly. He made us feel welcome and made sure we found all we could need. I liked the dining area space as well. clean and welcoming. Thank you for the great service, price and stay

The property itself is very new, and clean. It is located in a industrial area of Calgary, near the airport. The Comfort Inn did not have a dining room, but there was a very good restaurant in the Holiday Inn, situated about a 10 minute walk from the Comfort Inn. Front desk staff are very helpful and there is a coffee bar and snacks for purchase adjacent to the front desk. We would stay there again when in the Calgary airport area.

The staff were were very polite and explained what the hotel had to offer. Breakfast being included is great,I am back here again. The coffee machine in the room is ok but the quality was low, it did not taste as strong as I like it very weak.

Staff were excellent. It is a bit away from things, but if you have a car you have no problems....if not...like me I was using UBER and the longest I waited was 4 minutes. The breakfast is from 6:30-9:30 and is well stocked. The pool is clean and refreshing and the gym is certainly adequate. Stayed for 6 nights and had no problems at all. They also have a small store inside for the basics.

We arrived after midnight as we had been moving a household. The front desk person was very kind. Showed us where we could park the U-Haul truck and found a spot in the staff parking for our car. He told us to leave the luggage cart outside the room and he would pick it up. In the morning we had to return rental car to the airport, the hotel shuttle picked us up a drove us back to the hotel. Definitely would stay again

The juices and cofee from breakfast are not fresh. Seems.it's not pure they mix it of lot of water. Taste is old, seems it was just 4 days ago.
