Modern hotel met vriendelijke staff. Alles is op wandelafstand gelegen (meestal rond de 20 min). Zwembad met jacuzi aanwezig, maar de randen van het zwembad was wel niet zo proper.

The area is somewhat sketchy and did not feel safe past it's locked hours. The showering ammendities we're passable however were somewhat limited. Room cleaning didn't touch any used provided glasses, so they added up over a few days. The bed cleanup was supberb and the staff were kind, however there was some miscommunication on the system of parking payment that caused me to spend unnecessarily for the first 2 nights.

The hotel was wonderful and the front desk staff very helpful. Paper cups gave the quality a little cheap feel but that was it Sadly the service at the attached restaurant Moxies was a huge letdown but nothing to do with the hotel at all.

The rooms were very nice. The downtown location and parking were convenient for the meetings we needed to attend. The price point was far better than other downtown hotels. The hotel pool was not in operation when we stayed. We had two rooms and the TV did not work in one (called the front desk but they were unable to fix the problem). It took a long, long, long time for the water in the shower to get warm…just had to be very patient. The fire alarm went off at midnight and the entire hotel had to be evacuated, not all that fun when you’re staying on the 22nd floor. We weren’t outside too long before the fire department cleared us to return inside. There was no fire. I would stay again!

The girl that checked us in was super friendly. The girl that did our parking pass messed up, but it was solved quickly. Our room wasnt cleaned the second day, nor did we get a new towel. There is no fan is the bathroom, which is very odd. Its convenient that it is right downtown.

Was a good location, clean, staff was nice :) the problem was the McDonald’s and circle k across the street.. after dark I wouldn’t recommend hanging around there

I liked the restaurant inside, I liked the timmies across the hotel I liked the circle K store. I noticed the mall was a 15 min walk and if i stayed another day I would of explored more. Such a great stay.
