'Loved it the only thing I didn’t enjoy were the beds they were a little uncomfortable but the couches were good to sleep on! The house was beautiful and clean. In a very beautiful area and close to amazing hiking areas. The ice cream place downstairs was an amazing treat as well.'

'Phyllis was great. We showed her the grill had a little damage, just to make sure she was aware of it and didn't think we had damaged it. She immediately purchased a new grill, and had it set up for us within the hour. Will definitely be back. Cell phone service is limited, and wifi is unavailable, but i really enjoyed unplugging from electronics for 5 days. Thanks for the stay.'

'Hiwassee Acres was better than I could have expected. The property was beautiful and had such a relaxing atmosphere. Kathi and David were great hosts who could be found working around the property. The unit was clean and comfortable. We especially liked the patio with lights and the pickleball courts!'

'We have stayed here several times and it is still great. The highlight for us is the seclusion and privacy. You feel like you are deep in the woods, when in reality you are just minutes away from all that the Ocoee area has to offer. It is a perfect get away spot for a couple.'

'That was an awesome house. I planned a bachelor party for my brother and we wanted a lake house with a dock and this was golden. It was a very cute house, and nice layout. We brought a boat and put in at one of the boat ramps that’s less than 5 mins from the house, then were able to park the trailer at the house.
