'This was a perfect home for my sons wheelchair to maneuver thru and big enough for my our family to visit us while we were there. I can't wait to come back and make lots memories with my human angel son and my grankids!'

The home is on a highway, so there is a bit road noise, but it is located so that neither Copper Harbor or Houghton seemed too far to go. The house book had some good recommendations for restaurants and we had a nice meal at Fitzgerald's. It was great to have the ability to do some laundry...

'Beautiful property outside of Houghton with lovely outdoor seating to enjoy nature. House was very clean and well equipped. You are a bit out of town. The listing says Atlantic Mine, but it seems more like Liminga area so plan to drive 15 minutes to restaurants and groceries. The exception was Schmidt's Corner which is 2 miles away and good for dinner and drinks. Overall enjoyable stay.'

'It was a beautiful property in every way. As a family of water enthusiasts, the view of Lake Superior, from placid to an angry sea, was memorable. We had hoped to see the Northern Lights and unfortunately did not, but we still enjoyed our stay.'
