'De dehors,cet établissement a l'air de rien. Il faut monter au premier étage pour la réception. Personnel très intentionné. Très bien situé. Quartier touristique. Près du marché public. Belle promenade sur le bord du Mékong. Bon restaurant. On peut monter au sommet (13 étages) prendre une consommation, la vue est super. Le seul hic c'est que sur le Mékong flotte plein de déchets. Ça rend les balades sur l'eau décevante.'
