The rim of the toilet had significant amounts of urine that had not been cleaned up. Also, the housekeeper woke us up at 8:00am - they knocked on the door and opened it before we had a chance to wake up and respond.

Wish this Best Western provided the typical breakfast buffet option. Didn't realize this property didn't have this amenity - my bad for not checking the details before I made my reservation. Also, no way to recycle here - I even asked the front desk. In this day and age, I am surprised and, again, will have me choose a different property in Canton when I come again.

Our beds were chosen according to the Best Western Standards and to make it easier for some of our customers we have special step stools which are available by request. Nice property, was close to suny canton for our event. Kids running up and down the hall late at night was annoying and there was a weird smell but other than that it appeared clean. Nice bag breakfast in the am for award members. Nice workout area and pool/hot tub. Would stay again.

Dear Alexander, Thank you for letting us know about the issue you had during your stay, it is very important for us to know about incidents like that so we can work on it and try to avoid them next time. Now with the hockey season, the property is sold out for every Thursday through Sunday, I wish we could've helped you by accommodating a later check out but since our check in time is 3pm, that would be a little bit unfair to the guest who checked in after you. I agree it was an unpleasant situation but in cases like that late check out requests are based on availability. I'm really sorry sir we could not accommodate that one.

Birthday Trip for my wife.Her one request, a decent Hotel with a hot tub. Booking only offered non-refundable. After checking in we found out the pool/hot tub has been broken for months."Waiting on a part", ya, ok, heard that before. This is repeatedly an issue on this site...advertising amenities that are not actually available.

Dear Karl, Thank you for your feedback, we really appreciate that. You are right, our pool and hot tub are out of order since last week because of one of the heaters. The maximum water temperature for spa pools shall not exceed 104 degrees Fahrenheit, at this point the water in our pool in not even 60 degrees unfortunately, but we are working on that. We prefer to be honest with our customers about the issues on the property and I feel really bad about not being able to provide our guests with all 100% of our services but we are trying to fix it so we can make our guests happy. I apologize for all the inconvenience and I hope there still are some things which you liked about our hotel.

I remember you calling the front desk wondering what room type you had booked so I double checked your Expedia confirmation and unfortunately it did say that you booked a non smoking standard double with 2 double beds. It probably was a system glitch and I feel really bad for that. I wish we could've moved you to the room type you originally wanted so your stay would be even better.
