The property was very clean. We inadvertently booked a handicapped room, which wasn't bad at all except for the shower design, when we showered the water went everywhere, even outside the bathroom door, which made using the toilet very dangerous for non wheelchair use. Other than the shower issue, the room was great. The bed was very comfortable! The TV and wifi went out on our last night so we just went to bed early; not sure when it came back online, but it was working by the time we got up. There was coffee, danish, and fresh fruit for breakfast. Overall, a good place to stay.

Desk and did not have my accessible room ready so was given another room. That room was dirty and we saw live and dead cockroaches all the time there. Horrible experience and I do not recommend this place!

The place was put together, I wish they told us what time the continental breakfast hours were because we unfortunately missed it, which was totally okay, the only thing I wish the staff didn't sound rude when we asked about it just before we checked out. But an overall easy stay.

Check in was efficient and friendly. My room was a decent size and clean. The only area that needed attention was the bathroom which had accumulated dirt/mold? on the bottom molding of the wall. All in all I would stay here again should the need arise.

Shower did not work, so trying to wash in a mini bath was not easy. Reported to owners so that it can be fixed. Upstairs room was noisy all night, waking us up at least three times. Make sure you get an upstairs room or make sure no one is above you. Breakfast not really offered, it was some fruit and a sugar rich danish packet.

There were a bunch of sketchy people staying when we stayed. Fighting all night a couple doors down, walking around in parking lot. Definitely made me worried about my vehicle being broken into at night.

This property was not what we expected. The bed had a bunch of long black hairs in it, and it didn’t even have a fitted sheet on the mattress. It was a flat sheet tucked in to hide the mattress topper. There was an odd sour smell when we entered the room, and we ended up having to go buy an air freshener in order to bear it. There’s overhead lights in the room that don’t turn off all the way when you switch the lights off, they still glow and light up one side of the room which is frustrating and impossible to sleep with. There was some broken box thing attached to the wall by the bed as well, it had been crushed and just left there. Overall this property was not clean and not well kept. After checking in late on the first night, the next morning when I went to checkout a day early, they claimed I was still going to have to pay for the entire 2-night stay. $150 for a place like this is a waste of money, better off spending more money at at way nicer property.

Upon check in I was treated rudely because I brought a registered service dog, even though it states “pet friendly”. My room smelled like cigarettes, my bathroom was moldy, the vending machines did not work and a dog pooped in the hallway in front of my room and it was never cleaned up, just spread around. By the time I checked out there was poop, trash, and food on the floor of the hallway and the floor was sticky. I’ll never stay here again nor recommend this property to anyone.

No go. Lied about the room being cleaned
There was a cockroach in the sink. They did not clean the room on our first day so the trash got piled up. I had to go to the front office to grab fresh towels since they said there’s no housekeeper on duty and notified them about the room not being cleaned. They stated their housekeeper marked it cleaned on their sheet. the floor was dirty so was the shower. There was a bug in the shower as well. Apparently based on the amount of positive reviews, they might’ve placed me in one of their crappiest room that was all the way to the corner of the hotel. Wouldn’t recommend, unfortunately.

Despite no smoking signs my room reeked of cigarettes horribly. Everything I brought there still smells like cigarettes including the air from my CPAP machine. I bought and sprayed air freshener and it did nothing. They allow pets there with is fine, but there was dog poo in the hallway for more than 24 hours, as well as a puddle of pee in the vending area. Along with that the hallway also has a piece of old toast and a pizza box. There when we got there, still there when we left. One of our rooms was very water damaged in the bathroom and flooded when the shower was used. Clearly an old problem since there is so much water damage. I really can't emphasize how bad the stay was. The one positive is that the beds were very comfortable.

Hello V ,I am very sorry that you smelled smoke - of any kind - at our property. We do our best to ensure that smokers do not smoke in our nonsmoking rooms or common areas, both of which result in a bad musty smell; and when a situation like this occurs, we try to address it immediately, thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting to restore the clean smell of our accommodations. Guest satisfaction is top priority at our hotel; for that reason, we truly appreciate your feedback about the guest experience at the hotel. We do not allow smoking in common areas at all and we will be implementing stricter measures in the future. Thank you.
