The wait to check in was really long even though there were multiple people at the desk, they were only using one computer. The breakfast was not good.

We had a red eye flight and arrived at the hotel very early and they allowed us to check in very early with no extra charge. Do convenient to the cruise port.

This is a relatively new hotel located immediately across the road from Carnival Terminal 3 cruise port. Buffet breakfast was provided in the room rate. Overall the hotel was clean and comfortable. There is no bar or lunch/dinner dining facilities on the premises, however, the lady on the desk directed us across the road to another hotel where there was a good bar and dining place.

Everything was great, but being able to walk acroos to Terminal3 took a lot of stress off of what traffic problems we might could face being farther away and wanting to che ck in for our cruise.

Our flight was delayed and I believe I was overcharged for our overnight stay. We asked about a shuttle and was told we needed to do that ourselves. There is no way I would have paid close to 300 dollars for an 8 hour stay

The property was fine, however, the property overbooked and a member in my party did not get the room requested. They, thankfully, had one king sized that became available and they were able to squeeze 2 rollaway beds into the room with a king bed. Due to delayed flights our after midnight arrival couldnt be helped, however, the room has been fully paid for since December. For that reason and the fact that we called when our flight was delayed should have informed them that we were still coming.

This hotel was really nice inside and out. Close to the launch sites and Jetty Beach Park. Staff is friendly and helpful. Good restaurants nearby. We ate at Fishlips.

The rooms were nice and clean and the service was great however the rooms have little insulation and you can hear the neighbors tv perfectly. We stayed here because we are cruising, the buffet was not ready for a cruise day. No food and no coffee. Kinda weak for a hotel that caters to cruisers.

We stayed here both before and after our cruise. The property is very well maintained and super clean. The room was spacious and well equipped for our needs. The outdoor area has plenty of seating and a wonderful pool area for old and young alike. Best of all is the staff at the front desk! Courteous, kind, and professional. The morning casual breakfast is more than enough to jump start your day. Highly recommend this property.
