'It's nice, but a couple criticisms - there is no tv or radio, so on a rainy day you will be watching movies on your phone. Cookingware is lacking, if you prefer to cook some meals there is little to work with. There is no dining table, just an island and 3 stools to eat. No grill, no umbrellas or cushions for the outside chairs. No shades or curtains in the living room and kitchen, wide open to the neighborhood. The bedrooms and bathrooms have awful paper shades held up by clothes pins. But to...

'I've stayed at many rental homes, but none that got everything so right and then some. The house is cozy, but also impeccably clean and super well-stocked. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking and serving a family of 5, and it's spotless. With a fine array of spices (including Old Bay and Tajin), an unopened bottle of (real) maple syrup in the fridge, a basil plant on the kitchen counter, and plenty of coffee and hot chocolate mix.
