The most beautiful place I have ever traveled to and stayed at. MacDonald who worked at the residence was kind, soft spoken and informative I can not believe how beautiful 3 On Camps Bay was! I have traveled the world and have never come across a place like this. I traveled with my husband for his 50th Bday. Very easy to move around as a tourist.

Location with a view
Loved the location - few mins walk to the beach but set a street or two back. Lovely to walk through the streets and admire properties. Didn’t use the pool but loved the balconies around the property. Our room was huge and comfortable. Areas of the property looked a little tired - communal areas like the corridors and our bathroom which was a little Disappointing for what we paid. However, I would stay there again and recommend it. Free breakfast was great and service lovely.

Das Frühstück ist sehr bescheiden, keine Eier, nur gegen Aufpreis, im Bad Nichtstun ablegen, eine kleine Flasche Wasser gratis für 2 Nächte. Möbel auf dem Balkon defekt, und der Bergblick ist ehr ein Innenhof Blick. Ich hätte 3,5 Sterne gegeben.

Dear Rina, Thanks for taking the time to leave us your review and sorry that you did not enjoy your stay with us. Wish you had come to me with your concerns and we could have taken care of them right away so you would have enjoyed your time with us more. We have an extensive Continental Buffet available for all our guests that includes cold meats, fresh fruit platters, fresh normal and chocolate croissants, cold meats, cheese platters, and fresh baguettes - all these items are delivered and made fresh daily. Apologies for the one broken chair on your balcony, this was fixed on Wednesday as soon as the housekeeper made me aware of it. Yes, the room does face the courtyard at the back of the property, but it does have a full view of Table Mountain and the 12 Apostles as well. We offer all our guests complimentary bottles of water in the room on arrival, this is not replaced during your stay. We have our Self-Service Bar on the ground floor, if you would like to purchase additional water. Kind Regards

When we walked in the room we had a WOW moment, it was spectacular with its own private balcony overlooking the sea and the sunset were amazing! Super breakfast’s fresh and plenty of variety!

This immaculate property is perfect for a relaxing vacation. The Staff really take seriously their job to make your stay happy. Special thanks to Freddy whom did nothing but the best to contribute to my wonderful vacation time. Highly recommended!

Decent enough guest house. My room was disappointing as it was right by the breakfast room and this disturbed from around 630am each day (I also didn’t get the sense that the place was full so was unclear why a better room wasn’t allocated). Finally, the booking conditions advertised on this website did not match up with those management tried to impose. Specifically, the hotels.com advert advertised a 50 percent charge for any changes made after a particular date and prior to check in. Despite this clearly advertise condition, the hotel have consistently tried to impose a full charge for a change made a week prior to check which is frankly disgraceful.

Breathtaking views
Location and views are breathtaking. Staff very helpful and friendly and services and facilities are first rate. Close to beach and restaurants. We stayed as hotel guests which included breakfast, but they also offer self-catering options. Highly recommend.

Phenomenal Stay
From check in to check out service and attention was impeccable... Breakfast was especially outstanding! The honesty bar was also a nice touch. Thanks to the entire staff for a super enjoyable 3 days!!

Marcell, the manager, was very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast staff were also great and all very nice. Breakfast itself was good, selection of continental options as well as a hot breakfast. The property is in a great location and the communal living areas very comfortable. Having stayed at the property now, I would perhaps have chosen a different room type however at £200 per night our room was already fairly pricey (room 6). The room needed updating slightly. Our room was big enough however being on the ground floor we had to keep our curtains shut a lot so that people sunbathing outside could not see in, so it was a little dark. Our stay was part of a trip for my partner’s 30th birthday so we were provided with a bottle of champagne upon our arrival which was lovely. However upon checking out, we discovered that we had been charged for this which we were a little surprised about (but paid anyway). Overall we had a nice stay and the location was great but perhaps the room could have been updated slightly and the “complimentary” bottle of champagne actually complimentary

We have big plans for room 6 to make the patio area more private and this will be addressed this winter with our annual maintenance. A fabulous stay at a superb small guest house in Camps Bay. The owner and staff were extremely friendly and helpful with restaurant bookings etc. Had a lovely room and a really nice communal lounge. The honesty bar was also a welcome and very nice touch.

Breakfast was always good, tasty & warm, which made me happy every morning! Room was comfortable & clean. Location is also fine, as it was only 15 minute walk from Camps Bay beach. View from the hotel was also nice.

Superb views over Camps Bay
We enjoyed 4 superb nights at this exquisite hotel. All the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful; indeed nothing was too much trouble. Marcell was an outstanding host and we were made to feel very welcome throughout our stay. The rooms are delightful and very clean. The hotel has a couple of areas to relax, downstairs in the breakfast area and outside by the pool and the upstairs main room which has incredible sunset views looking down on Camps Bay. We enjoyed being away from the hustle and bustle of the main strip in Camps Bay and the short stroll up the hill back to the hotel was only 10 minutes. All in all a very well run establishment run by a dedicated and passionate team. Thank you...we will be back!

Wonderful hotel close to the beavh
We initially booked a room for 3 nights and ended up staying a week. We found it to be the perfect location. Close to the beach and restaurants and the hop on and hop off bus gave us many options for going places without a car. Hotel served a wonderful breakfast, had really great wi fi everywhere and awesome views of Table mountain and the beach. Perfect place to stay

Etwas in die Jahre gekommene Ausstattung in 1aLage
Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr gut, nicht weit nach Downtown und der Strand und die Promenade von Camps Bay mit vielen Restaurants und Supermärkten fußläufig gut erreichbar. Allerdings sind die Zimmer eher klein und die Einrichtung spatanisch und in die Jahre gekommen. Hier haben wir von 4 Sternen deutlich mehr erwartet!! Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt auf jeden Fall okay, aber nicht für länger. Service und Team dafür sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Wonderful hotel close to the beach
This hotel is in a great location. It was walking distance to the beach and restaurants. It was very clean and all the staff were extremely helpful and awesome. The breakfast was very good and had a nice selection of cold foods/fruits, and also made hot breakfasts. It has a wonderful view of the ocean. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it highly.

very nice boutique hotel.
Lovely place run with great efficiency. Staff very friendly. Well positioned, only ten minutes walk from beach and restaurants. If I stayed again I would choose a room with sea view. Garden area very small and a bit dark.

Great setting, good public areas, ten minute walk to beach and restaurants. Our room was comfortable, quiet and had everything we needed BUT it was tucked away with no sea views and in sharp contrast to all the images offered for this boutique hotel! Breakfasts, whilst complimentary, were disappointing in quality, portion size and heat. As a consequence, we had only three in our seven night stay.

Estadia sensacional!
Tudo começou com uma recepção excepcional, o dono apresenta todo o hotel, mostra as áreas comuns, apresenta os funcinários do local, a área de café da manhã, a varanda do primeiro e do segundo andar, mostra as vistas e te leva até seu quarto, explica do ar condicionado e do aquecedor, televisão, etc... Dá dicas do que fazer na cidade, onde comer, onde ir. Uma recepção excelente! Nos outros dias tudo segue da mesma maneira, todos os funcionários são muito educados e prestativos, o café da manhã é excelente, você escolhe qual tipo de ovos você quer, frito, mexido, cozido, pochê, se quer moles ou duros, bacon frito ou crispy... Excelente!

Gute Lage, freundlicher Service, schöner Strand
Gut eingerichtete Zimmer, sehr gutes Frühstück, nette Betreuung und Tips für Restaurants (Fisch und Steaks). 2 schöne Terassen mit Meerblick und Liegen für alle Gäste. Es ist kein Problem nachts alleine auf die Strasse zu gehen, gute Bewachung und angenehm weil man kein Auto benötigt. Teilweise gibt es sehr starken Wind
