'The room and facility were amazing. Checkout time on the door was incorrect though and we found that out the unpleasant way. Room service started knocking on and opening the door at 9am. This continued until 11:15 three different times when a manager came up and asked if we were leaving and we told them that we had till noon per the plaque on the door. 'Goed bed, fijne plek loopafstand van de Metro, ook goed te lopen naar de bezienswaardigheden. Erg jammer dat we tijdens het inchecken pas te horen kregen dat het zwembad gesloten was, vooral omdat we juist dit hotel geboekt hadden vanwege het binnen zwembad. Ontbijtbuffet erg duur voor wat je kan krijgen.'
