Zeer vriendelijk ontvangst. Accommodatie ligt tussen haven en Capri centrum. Vanaf haven omhoog te lopen met grotendeels trappen, met koffer is dat best pittig. Uitgebreid ontbijt!

The property is within walking distance from Marina Grande and the Piazzetta in Capri. The place is clean and convenient. The staff is friendly and accomodating and the owner is very responsive and available. Definitely recommend this stay.

My favorite thing is to sit on the platform and have breakfast while admiring the view of the sea. The staff are very nice and speak multiple languages, so communication is smooth. I live on the second floor and the room facilities are a bit outdated

The staff here were fantastic and made our stay very enjoyable. It is easy to walk to the port or the main square from the property, it's close to half way in-between the two. Be prepared for lots of stairs, cabs are expensive so we did a lot of walking but there is a bus stop near by too. The breakfast cost 10 euro and was very good. We didn't use the pool, but it looked nice enough. Overall very happy with our stay!

Great place. The owner is fantastic and very helpful. Convenient location just a short walk up the hill. Capri is up the hill just a bit further. I would definitely stay here again.

O hotel é incrível, tem uma vista linda e é exatamente como nas fotos. Um dos melhores atendimentos que tivemos na viagem, além de ser bem localizado, confortável e contar com um café da manhã excelente. Quando voltarmos a Capri, certamente ficaremos lá novamente!

O cuidadoso host do Villa Patrizi porporciona uma recepção hiper acolhedora e convidativa, e muita atenção aos detalhes que fizeram com que nossa estadia fosse ainda mais maravilhosa neste B&B. Recebemos toda a informação antecipada, pós-reserva com horários de check-in personalizados que diferem dos hotéis comuns. O local é cheio de charme, apaixonante! Um B&B bem cuidado e exclusivo (poucos quartos), limpo, claro e bem localizado, entre o porto de Marina Grande e a Piazetta principal de Capri. Os quartos são amplos e temáticos, irresistíveis! Ficamos num quarto muito bom, com varanda e mesinha. A vista dos terraços é deslumbrante, algo favorece a beleza do Villa Patrizi. Armários e espaço de sobra; cama e travesseiros muito bons e amenities completas no banheiro excelente. Detalhes de bom gosto acompanham a proposta local de decor da ilha. O café da manhã gostoso e caseiro é apresentado na sala superior, numa linda varanda aberta com o visual do mar da ilha (foto do site do hotel). Na 1ª vez prefira ir até o Villa de taxi, para se situar. Os táxis longos conversíveis, adaptados com toldos tem estilo anos 60-70, são marca registrada, da ilha de Capri, vale a pena. Por vezes, há excesso de pessoas vindas dos navios e filas, que lotam o porto da Marina Grande.Pode demorar para conseguir seu transporte mas é o melhor na chegada. Sendo assim, relaxe e aproveite o clima de alegria da ilha, depois pegue c calma seu taxi e curta sua estadia no Villa Patrizi.

Look this booking was available and cheap. The service was very friendly and accommodating. Nearby to Marina Grande Beach at a 5-10 minute walk and 200 feet incline. Also nearby to the Capri town with lots of shopping and good restaurants at 10 minute walk and another 200 feet incline. However, the biggest letdown is the cleanliness of the property. The shower heads and sink heads were covered with mold. The AC also had mold. The room didn’t lock properly. And the furniture and walls were stained with dirt. We really wanted to love this property but the dirtiness of the restrooms was a huge letdown. Overall if you want a cheap easy stay, then book this hotel. Otherwise, probably best to book a better hotel elsewhere.

The owner is very kind and gave us details for most touristic places and arranged for us a boat tour localization of Patrizi is very convenient, one entrance is near the principal port and the other to the Piazza where are cafes restaurants and shops The rooms are comfortable, we recommend this hotel!

The Villa is very well maintained and clean. We had contact with one staff member and the manager on our stay July 31- August 1, 2023, and the staff member was excellent, very attentive and very hard working! The view from the villa is amazing! We would definitely return!

The very best part of this property is Jacopo Fronzoni. He is a fantastic host and does an excellent job communicating. Well ahead of time they were aware we needed late check in and he sent us clear instructions. No extra charge as so many have suggested. I think giving the advance notice is why. He also helped us with what to do and how to get around. In addition arranging the porter service of the bags back to ferry. He was just so lovely and worth any other hassles. The room does need a bit of an update, but it is still lovely with great air conditioning during a heat wave. Capri is built in a cliff. It is definitely half way up hill to the villa from the port and then another short uphill walk to the Center of Capri - but that is what yuy must know there are stairs everywhere in Capri and the Amalfi Coast. It’s the way it is. thank you Jacopo l for being such a gracious host!

Excellent location and stunning views
The room was cute and clean. It is well situated between Marina Grande and Capri Town. It is less than a 10 minute walk from both. The breakfast was good and included cake , yoghurt , fruit , coffee , juice , pastries , cheese and cold meats. The host was helpful in providing a map and plenty of suggestions on places to visit and how to get there. He was very well informed. You could have breakfast on the terrace which had a lovely view of the ocean. We were also able to leave bags there after checkout which gave us plenty of time to explore the island before catching an evening ferry back to Naples. I would highly recommend Villa Patrizi for anyone looking to stay in Capri. I also recommend staying and not just doing a day trip to the island.

Beautiful Villa in a quiet area. It’s near a bus stop so convenient for getting around the island. Owner spent time to explain the transportation and best places to visit. Comfortably slept 4 in our room. Definitely recommend this Villa!!

The family owned BnB was very cozy and the location was central to the port and the city of Capri. The brother owners were very accommodating and available. They offered great recommendations for places to go. Great pace to stay while in Capri😊

Hotel OK
Good cost-benefit. However, it made sense because it was way cheaper than the hotels in the city center. If the prices were similar, it makes more sense to be at the city center, because you have some 20min walking (stairs up) to the city center. The hotel is fine. No luxury, but very clean, with a nice view. Again: cost was the main driver here.
