'The communication was excellent from the very beginning. The apartment was clean, and safe. We enjoyed daily breakfast at the Tostado restaurant one block away. Open from 8am-3pm. You can walk from the apartment to theold San Juan in 15-20min which we did at the end of the day when it was not so hot.'

'The property is very good, spacious, towels, beach chairs, the kitchen is equipped, close to the beach and severals restaurants. The only thing that has to change is the shower, the water is very weak.'

'The owner/contact person was responsive, accommodating, and courteous. This was the case for check and when a couple of random questions came up during the stay. The apartment (unit A) was secure, clean, and all basic necessities (towels, etc.) were made available as well as extras (dish soap/sponge, a few basic cooking seasonings, cups/plates/utensils). The apartment also has some basic decorations that make it a bit more homelike. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend...

'This was a great home base for our trip to San Juan! The three of us had plenty of room and we really appreciated the amenities: well supplied kitchen and laundry. We had a couple minor maintenance issues, but the guest services team was always right on top of things - really great communication. Lots of restaurants nearby and walking distance to the beach. I wouldn't want to try parking there though, as the streets are very narrow and parked cars regularly lost their side mirrors. The area info...

'Hoewel voor Dominicaanse begrippen wellicht oké, vond ik het appartement qua afwerking niet zo. De douche had smerige oude randen, het regenwater drupte onze slaapkamer in, het zag er allemaal een beetje smoezelig uit. Maar de mensen waren vriendelijk, het verblijf was wel ruim dus al bij al een oké nachtje geslapen voor onze doorreis naar Las Terrenas '
