'Book at your peril. We booked for 3 nights in September. Arrived to find a dog in a crate on the upstairs terrace, someone's clothes in the apartment, generally it looked like it needed a good clean. I contacted the owner to say that her friends were staying in the apartment and they'd collect the dog the following morning.
