'The home was perfect. It was everything the we expected and more! The pool was the highlight of our stay with the 90+ degree temps the days we stayed. All check-in, stay and checkout information was easy to follow. The neighborhood was quiet and minima traffic. I definitely will be checking this home out again if we ever plan another vacation to AZ! Thank you Shelley for everything!'

'The house has everything one could need while on vacation. The beds were extremely comfortable and the sheets were sooo soft. We bbq’d and cooked and they had anything and everything you could need. Overly stocked I was really shocked at how the house even had spices. and bbq runs. We had a family reunion at the house and it is very spacious and the pool was great. Stephanie and Karl were available for any questions we had so overall a great time. I Highly recommend the house'

'We spent 24 nights at the house. We enjoyed our stay and the location. We did find the bed in the master bedroom to be uncomfortable, as well as the couches, especially the one in the small den. We enjoyed the pool & private backyard. We fed the hummingbirds and enjoyed watching them at the feeder! Thank you Shawn for sharing your house with us.'

'Stayed two months as “snowbirds.” Property was just as listed but stocked like none other, maintained superbly. The pool was heated perfectly and well maintained with all the equipment. Quietl, nice area. Owner is extremely responsive and helpful. Hope to return.'

Although there are roosters nearby, we did not mind the early wake up call as we are use to the sound and wake up early ourselves anyway. We enjoyed the sunset while relaxing on the patio during our last evening there. There owner and husband came by while prepping for our departure- very kind folks. I would like to spend time here again if ever the opportunity presents itself.'

'Awesome weekend stay, a big part was the comfort and security of staying at this rental. Neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. House was very clean, secure and exactly as described with plenty of rooms. All utilities worked with no issue. The patio and pool area were clean, but we didn't get to use too much due to cooler, breezy weather.. For our annual NHRA weekend I hope to find this home available'

'Nothing with the owner. The construntion of the building is very thin and if you are trying to sleep in after a long drive. You feel that the all the cleaning, walking and talking is in your unit. The property is great. Well located. The renters are awesome. '
