Very big room with everything that you need, very friendly staff. Rooms on the side of the street can be a little bit noisy.

Heel mooi modern hotel. De kamer was eigenlijk een appartementje voorzien van alle gemakken. Zowel kamer als gemeenschappelijke ruimte waren zeer proper en met. Het personeel vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam. Ook de locatie was prima, in het moderne deel van casablanca, op wandelafstand van tal van restaurants. Wij zullen zeker terugkeren bij een volgend bezoek aan casablanca.

Great clean hotel with excellent service
The hotel has a very modern and warm design. We stayed in one of the executive suites, the room is devided in a living area and a be droom area. Both have a smart tv (which was great as we could watch netflix and surf the web) The service at the reception was excellent, when we asked where we could get good coffee the receptionist actually walked us to a nice international restaurant which is just about 50 meter from the hotel. The overall service was great and we felt very welcome. I travel on a regular base to Casablanca and have stayed in all kind of hotels, from now on this will be my number 1 choice. Specially based on the price I can really recommended this hotel if you are looking for a luxury feeling, clean hotel and nice receptionist that actually enjoys helping you!

We arrived late (11:45 PM) but called ahead to let the staff know about our delayed arrival. We were greeted with kindness, and the hotel and room were very nice. We had a full kitchen, a living room with balcony and a large bedroom/bed. The area is walkable and felt very safe. Highly recommend, especially for the price!

Bien dans l'ensemble
Je suis un habitué de cet hôtel et d'une manière générale je l'apprécie. Les chambres sont spacieuses et l'hôtel et calme. Mais cette fois ma chambre était beaucoup moins bien que les autres. Pas de tv dans la chambre à coucher, et surtout un seul lavabo dans les toilettes et pas avec la douche et aucun moyen d'accrocher sa serviette à côté de la douche (aucun porte serviette). Enfin l'eau de la douche etait particulièrement difficile à régler et on alterne entre du chaud et du froid.. bref une expérience un peu moins plaisante que d'habitude. Mais je pense cependant rester fidèle à cet établissement pour l'instant en espérant ne pas avoir la même chambre (305) la prochaine fois... Le personnel est agréable.

I booked two rooms (1 night) both with 1 King-Bed 1 Double-Sofa-Bed, the total room fee is CAD 265. I booked the two rooms both under my name, so two rooms are under two persons. The hotel staff request me to pay additional fee for the other 3 persons (altoghter 5 persons) and will upgrade the rooms for free, which I think is reasonable. However the additional cost is even nearly CAD 70 and no upgrading at all. The amount of CAD 70 is absolutely unreasonable.

Had a large suite in this comfortable hotel which was very comfortable. It was reasonably central to the centre of town (the medina and the Place Muhammed V), was good for the one night I stayed there as solo tourist

I stayed in this hotel 5 years ago, it was very nice and clean, that’s the reason I choose this hotel again. But this time my stay were not good, firstly the room is not clean, especially the bed. Secondly the smell of the room is bad, the sofa is stinking. Thirdly, the stuff are not nice and polite. Fourthly, the bathroom hot water is not stable, when you take shower, the water sometimes very hot and suddenly become very cold. I don’t think I’ll choose this hotel again.

The staff is wonderful to their guests. I found the cleanliness and attention to detail to be superior. The upgraded room was very spacious with living room separate large bedroom. I highly recommend this hotel. There is not a restaurant in this hotel, however cafes are very close and all you’ll need to do is walk 1/2 a block.
