'Beautiful property! We are a family from Minnesota that was looking for a fun getaway in the Los Angeles area. The house is about 45 minutes from LAX. Huge kitchen (high-end appliances), wonderful backyard with a top-notch hot tub and pool, 4 great bedrooms, showers were top of the line. We couldn't believe how quiet the neighborhood was...lots of houses around, yet didn't hear anyone else during the day or night. The location was outstanding!!! We visited Malibu, Universal Studies and Manhattan...

'Daisy & Her team were exceptional in their communicating & very helpful. I loved the placards on the walls & The kitchen area was warm and friendly and perfect for entertaining. We wish there was a few more towels & toiletries..wish there was some seating in the MBR. Since the bed was high, it was hard to sit down and get dressed. And we wish the beds and the other 2 bedrooms were larger for adult guests. Patio & Yard area was spectacular excellent for outdoor dining and gathering'

The house can accommodate a large group of people and has multiple spaces for activities throughout the property. It was very clean and had everything we were looking for. 'Very cute place! Fit me and four of my friends comfortably with only two of us having to share a bed. Nice backyard. Cute little game room. Plenty of space. The only thing was the shower was a bit tricky. Other than that we had an incredible time.'

'Quinn, was very helpful and assisted in making the process so much easier, the home was well kept, and everything you need is within walking distance or driving if you want to. My only complaint would be the Green Honda which sat in the front of the home the whole time I was there making it difficult to maneuver your vehicle out of the driveway'

'This was a great spot right outside LA. It was a quick drive to Universal Studios and Hollywood attractions. It was a nice quieter spot outside the city but still had easy access to groceries, restaurants, etc. House was very modern and comfortable. Owner was very responsive to our needs.'
