Room with a view
We had a wonderful stay for a week on this beautiful island. We walked a lot but coming to the apartment at the end of the day was very nice. Clean and convinient!

Lovely stay
The apartment was perfect for us and our baby. It was very cute and cosy, had everything we needed, and it was in a stunning location near the beach and within walking distance to a fish n chip shop and some restaurants. We would definitely recommend staying here! :)

Happy by the Beach
Run across the road to the beach? Heaven! But it's not just the location. Stella makes the place welcoming, with a little welcome jug of milk, and patience with our late arrival due to a delayed ferry. Someone was always available to answer any queries. And the little flat was just right for two people, everything we needed. A little walk to the bus, to shops and the beach, perfect! I was sad to go.

Enjoyed our stay here. Quiet, small flat/ apartment with most things you need. Right opposite a bus stop so hardly used the car to get round the island. Great sandy beach opposite to sit/swim/walk. Walk/ climbed out when the tide was out to look in the rock pools. Only a couple of places to eat/ drink locally in the evening which get packed so need to book or else cook in - but there is no oven, which I didn’t realise but didn’t spoil our stay. Great to have use of a washing machine as swam daily and could rinse our clothes. Shame no garden but we sat on the bench at the beach lots. Stella was brilliant and let us arrive early and leave late. Thanks Stella for a great stay.

Comfortable flat for 2
Well situated in Guernsey with car parking and opposite a bus stop so we used the island’s excellent buses to go to St Peter’s Port where parking can be difficult- easy everywhere else! Very comfortable and well equipped flat- delightful bedroom and living room with views to the sunsets in the west from the living room. Kitchen area is quite small and there is no oven which is not a problem but worth knowing about in advance. Good fridge with icebox. The owner is delightful and very helpful and available- we really enjoyed our holiday here.

Lovely bijou apartment in fantastic location
A lovely apartment, cleverly designed to make the most of the space and very thoughtfully kitted out. There was nothing we needed to have brought with us as everything we could need was provided - unlike other places where we have stayed. The apartment was beautifully clean. Stella was an excellent host being on hand downstairs and nothing was too much trouble for her. She was waiting for us to arrive despite not knowing out ETA and gave a warm welcome. Welcome pack of essentials (milk, tea bags etc) awaited us inside. The location was fabulous. Could not have been better with great beaches and everything you could need on the doorstep. The best bit was the bus stop opposite the apartment and the incredible bus service on the island. We only used the car twice in the 2 weeks we were there. Even better the weather was also glorious. If we get back to Guernsey then this is where we would always stay.

Little piece of paradise
For two people it is perfect. Stella lives just downstairs and could not be more helpful. The apartment was spotlessly clean and verfy well stocked with equipment. Nothing was a trouble to her and we had lots of helpful information. The apartment has a lovely view of beaches and the sea. We had no car, but there is ample parking just outside the house and the buses are just across the road. When we return to Guernsey we will certainly stay in Stella's apartment.

Guernsey’s west coast
An excellent week in a superb location in Guernsey - just across the road from the wonderful west coast beaches, with easy access to the very efficient island bus service. The property was very comfortable and had loads of storage and hot water and was well set-up for easy self-catering. The best thing was the view of the sea and along the bay, especially at sunset time. Stella was extremely kind and helpful over anything we needed. Thank you for a lovely week.

Lovely stay at Stella’s flat. Well equipped, great host, super communication. Small but perfectly formed flat in a very good location, easily located to get around the island from. Opposite a beautiful beach & the bus stop. Stella and her family were very friendly & helpful, especially booking us a taxi to the airport. Would definitely recommend!

In good central position on 'beach' coast of the island, close to plenty of good eating places. Private entrance, with slightly steep flight of narrow stairs leading to lovely flat which is then all on one level - just a shallow 2" step between lounge and bedroom. Good size double bedroom with huge amount of storage; big lounge with view of sea (over road & dunes); small kitchenette with all necessary basics; small washroom off bedroom with bath/shower; WC & basin. Heating & hot water available as required. Plenty of parking outside in area shared by bistro & pub visitors. Very helpful host.

Ideal for a weekend break
Stella's apartment was perfect for our long weekend on Guernsey. She and her family were so welcoming and friendly, and the flat was comfortable, cosy and immaculately clean. It's in a great location by the sea so perfect for walks along the coast and within two minutes' walk is a shop selling basic foods (and lots of drink!). There is plenty of hot water, the shower works well and the bed is super comfy. We are very glad we chose to stay there. Thank you Stella, Ryan and Leah.

Super clean & beautifully located
We had a great stay at Stella’s apartment. It was clear that she’d taken the time to think about what guests would want and need, then put them in place. The flat is exceptionally clean and tidy. Located opposite a bus stop and the beaches, so it’s easy to get around the island from here. If you have a vehicle, there’s ample parking. Nothing is too much trouble & Stella will provide advice on where to go & how to get about if you need it.

Great Location,Fab Apartment
We spent 10 days at Ocean View and enjoyed every minute. It was a great location with shops and bars within walking distance. A number of bars served excellent food. The beach at Saline Bay was literally one minutes walk and was a dog friendly beach which was great as my wife and I had brought our Jack Russell , Tara , with us. The coastal walking was fantastic with magnificent views to be had. St Peter Port was only a 20 minute bus ride away and at a cost of £1 was great value. A great walk from our apartment was Suamarez Park with its beautiful gardens. It also has a cafe. The walk takes you through some idealic woodland and on a nice day is superb. Finally it is fitting to record our appreciation to Stella for her kindness in showing us round the apartment and feeding us with valuable information. Great holiday and would do it again.

Direkt am Meer
Die Ferienwohnung ist klein aber fein. Man muss nur über die Straße und ist gleich am Meer. Dadurch kann man wunderbar den Sonnenuntergang beobachten. Die Vermieterin ist sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Es ist kein Problem, wenn man seine Wäsche waschen möchte. Im Nachbargebäude befindet sich eine Gaststätte und die Gäste sind nicht immer leise. Wenn man früh ins Bett geht, ist das ungünstig. Ansonsten kein Problem. Man kann auf der Insel alles mit dem Bus erreichen. Gleich neben dem Haus befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle, die von 2 Buslinien angefahren wird. Da die Straßen oft sehr schmal sind, kann man mit dem Bus stressfrei ans Ziel kommen. Wir hatten unsere Räder dabei, was sehr praktisch war. Die Insel ist wunderschön.

Wonderful flat!
Stella, our host, was amazing! We were arriving on a late ferry (made even later by the fog) and her granddaughter met us and drove us to the flat (giving us a mini tour of the area on the way. Stella has created a very comfortable flat in part of her house so she is nearby if needed, but not intrusive. Comfortable furniture and a cozy bedroom with LOTS of storage (including a closet on each side of the bed!). The flat is in a quiet location right across the street from the bus station and a beautiful beach, 20 minutes from town, near several good restaurants/pubs, and a couple of shops. The coast path is right across the street as well. When we arrived, the flat was stocked with everything we needed for the morning (after asking us what we'd like to have!). We plan to return!
