'Chappel Hill House is a sweet little ranch style home. It served our purpose as a place the bride's family to stay while preparing for and attending the wedding. Drawbacks: it is in an older neighborhood on a VERY busy street. Parking is available for multiple cars, but it is not easy to maneuver on and off the street. 'Overall, we had a great stay. The house was in great shape in the interior. We had a few issues, but overall the host was responsive. The listing had mentioned a hot tub, but there was not one present. The host was unaware that it was listed on VRBO as having one. 'The house was exactly as described! Beautiful!! Communication was excellent. Pros: perfect downtown location, beautiful apartment! Cons: -We stayed Friday-Sunday. Friday night there was a live band at the wine bar which is located outside the bedrooms. Loud until after 10:30 and putting a toddler to bed was not fun. -We had a family of 9 and planned to cook breakfast, there was only 2 pots and a cookie pan. We had to make it work to cook as we had a lot of food we didn’t want to waste....
