We are sorry that you considered our minibar management unsatisfactory, the setting of our minibar was chosen based on the size of the fridge which clearly does not allow the insertion of large quantities of drinks, however we provide 4 cans of water, 2 still water and 2 sparkling, 2 fruit soft drinks, 2 beers and 2 mini prosecco. During the check in tour we always inform and show our guests the water located in the common areas on each floor accessible free to all guests. In addition to the water in the common areas we provide sweets, marshmallows and a varied selection of herbal teas. We are sorry that you rated our roof negatively when it is normally very appreciated especially at sunset thanks to the spectacular view of Etna on the north-west side and sea view and cathedral on the east side, precisely because of the continuous eruptions and ashes we admit that it is a bit It is complicated to keep our rooftop absolutely flawless, the humidity you have seen is often caused by the continuous washing and watering of the plants that need continuous care during the hot season.
