'Our vacation and stay at this property was amazing! The location and view are top-notch. There are so many details the owner has placed in the house from fresh beach towels, sunscreen, kayaks, cooking utensils etc. We loved the proximity of being near several restaurants and of course Chisholms to pick up drinks and snacks. We also loved the peace and quiet of not being on 7 mile beach. I would recommend this property and will be staying again in the future. 5 stars!'

'This was our second property we stayed at while on holiday on Cayman. Property management company provided the wrong house number on their check in documents. We were able to locate the home by googling/mapping it ourselves. Communication with property managers was non existent via telephone. Day of check in I texted both property managers provided by management company and NEVER received a response from either of them. One came by the house to check up on how things were doing the day before...

'I wish we would have booked for a longer stay. Angela was the property manager. She was attentive and very informed about the property. There were many extras that we were not expecting. 'This house has a great layout and two wings with bedrooms in each. The outdoor pool area is beautiful and peaceful, overlooking the bay. It is fully equipped with a wine fridge, glasses and all the amenities we needed. The only downside was the 9 min walk to seven mile beach (as advertised on vrbo) is across a busy highway with no crosswalks and we could not get to beach without incurring taxi costs.'

'We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Emmanuel! We brought our 13 and 14 year old along with my 80 year old parents and my mother in law. This was a perfect house for a multi-generational stay. 'We came to Grand Cayman to celebrate a friends 40th birthday. There were only 3 of us so we had plenty of space during our stay. The beach access was great. We cooked more of our meals at the villa, the grocery store was only 10-15 minutes away. We spent our time at Governors beach. The water is pool blue and clear at the floor. We also used the gear from the villa to go snorkeling at a near by cove. We really enjoyed our stay. Hosts were very responsive.'

'We came to Grand Cayman for my wife’s birthday and had an outstanding time.. Craig is absolutely terrific and very responsive. We had one of our suitcases break and needed a screwdriver. I emailed Craig and in less than 2 minutes, Roy was at the front door with the screwdriver.. The location and condition of the house was very nice, the pool with it beautiful view of the water is exactly what were hoping for!! Not one issue at all..'

'I'm missing those ocean breezes from the bedroom already! This was a great rental property. We snorkeled every day right outside the back door. We loved the back porch, with shade from the sun. This is the quieter side of the island, which made it really relaxing. We appreciated that the property comes with kayaks and that the pool is also an option. 'The private beach is amazing'

'For starters the island is incredible. We loved the animal life, snorkeling opportunities, and general relaxed "island-time" feel. Our 3 kids loved searching for hermit crabs and swimming in the pool during downtime at the house. We loved the quieter northside of the island where this house is. Jesse was a great host with constant communication. The house was perfect for a family stay :) We will be back!'

'We had a group of 18 family members celebrating Thanksgiving at Seascape Villa for a week. Ages 5-73. The home is beautiful and you will not find a better location! The private beach area is perfect and idyllic. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out in the house and breathtaking views from every room and level. The staff was always helpful and polite. We used Chef Eliot for some of our meals and they were all amazing and delicious. The home is clean and luxurious. My only feedback...

'We loved our two weeks at Villa la Playa. The house was exactly as described and very comfortably furnished and stocked. The pool kept our toddler entertained and the dock was a good spot to watch the sunset. The location worked well for us and we enjoyed walking to Rum Point for the beach, and Kaibo for morning coffee. We found that Chisholm's grocery met our needs and is just a few minutes away. This house was the perfect place to relax.'
