Hotel was erg goed, maar afwikkeling niet correct.
Het innemen van een garantie voor je kamer verloopt zeker niet vlekkeloos. Je garantie blijft nog dagen geblokkeerd op je visa kaart omdat hotel niet correct afwikkelt. En dat terwijl je alles betaald hebt. Ik zal geen garantie met bedrag meer afgeven in dit hotel.

I stayed from April 11-17, 2024. The staff, both hotel and restaurant, were very friendly and polite. My room was nice, the pool was nice, the food was great, the entertainment in the lounge was good. It is literally right next door to SM Mall and various modes of transportation.

Best place I’ve ever stayed. Staff is excellent and the facilities are immaculate. Not far from the airport and right next to a nice mall. Shopping, dining, ATM, & currency exchange are all conveniently close. I would recommend this place to anyone but especially those travelers who are visiting the Philippines for the first time.

The AC ventilation is smells musty and moldy I had allergies and couldn’t breath well . Dine in and left my package with T shirt from our class reunion and ID card. I was out of town and came late that day . I have to ask them the next day if they found it knowingly that ID showed that I am a hotel guest.I got my ID card without the shirt. They claimed they will check on their CC TV who took the shirt and will let me know. Disappointed when they should return immediately and not wait till the next day for me to ask them.

I was allowed to check in earlier; thecroom was spacious, including the bathroom, the view from the 15th floor was great, and staff were friendly. The easy access to SM, with so many choices for dining, was a big plus! I plan to stay at this hitel again for short visits to Cebu City.
