It was a lovely hotel with really friendly staff. In 10 minutes you walk to the beach or take the Shuttle. There is only one but, and thats a hard bed. It was not really comfortable. Furtherrest nice swimmingpool and good dinner.

Leuk hotel met shuttleservice naar centrum Chefalu en eigen strand met strandstoelen. Keuken is prima. Kamers zijn ietwat gedateerd en bedden zijn echt te hard. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.

Prettig hotel voor een verblijf in Cefalu
Het hotel is een goede plek om de Cefalu en omgeving te bekijken. Ligt wel wat afgelegen dus wel noodzakelijk om of een auto of met de bus van het hotel naar centrum of strand te gaan.

Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst. Receptioniste liep mee naar de kamer, legde de airco etc. uit en gaf nog toeristische informatie. Terrassen maken optimaal gebruik van de hoogteverschillen in het terrein. Heel mooi en goed onderhouden groen. Luxe zwembad waar je, als je wilt, lang tegen de stroming in kunt zwemmen. Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet; zeer overdadig.

Hotel Alberi del Paradiso
We hebben 11 nachten in dit hotel verbleven en naar alle tevredenheid. Ik raad wel aan om een deluxe kamer te boeken, want de andere kamers zijn klein. Het ontbijt was buitengewoon goed en uitgebreid. De kamers werden elke dag goed schoon gemaakt en de service van het personeel was formidabel. In de wijk waarin het ligt is niets te doen, maar je kan met gemak naar het centrum wandelen en anders is er de shuttle-bus. Verder is er gratis WiFi internet. Het strand is mooi, met goede ligstoelen en grote parasols. De strandbar heeft voldoende eten en drinken tegen een redelijke prijs. Al met al een aanrader

Sfeervol en relaxed hotel. Mooie ligging op heuvel, wel wat verder van zee. Maar prima busservice met hotelbusje naar strand, alwaar gratis strandbedden en parasol. Wij vonden onze kamer wel mooi, maar kleiner dan verwacht. Hotel loste dit perfect op met grotere kamer. Ook groot pluspunt (als je met kind bent: erg lekker eten zowel lunch als diner. Echt een aanrader.

Prachtig hotel
Ik ben zeer tevreden over dit hotel. Het hotel is uitstekend verzorgd en het personeel is vriendelijk en levert voldoende service. De kamers met zee-zicht waren echt super. Vanuit het bed kijk je zo naar de ondergaande zon. Het ontbijt-buffet was zeer royaal en van goede kwaliteit (inclusief verse sinaasappelsap). Een klein minpunt is de ligging. Het hotel ligt iets buiten het centrum en in combinatie met de steile hellingen hebben wij ervoor gekozen om altijd met de auto naar het centrum te gaan. Hier zijn voldoende parkeergelegenheden.

This really is a slice of paradise. If you are looking for a boutique hotel, with great food, friendly and very helpful staff then this is for you. The staff were always on hand in WhatsApp and booked us into 3 amazing restaurants we would not have found ourselves. Chiara , Antonia and a lovely man whose name escapes me were 5 star at customer service. Breakfast was delicious. The best fresh orange juice I have ever tasted. We stayed in a separate 1 bed small house with private terrace for sunbathing. We loved it. Complete with see through ceiling in the bathroom! I can’t recommend this property enough if you like us love good service, high quality food and a bit of peace and quiet.

Just Amazing
Everything was wonderful, the service was amazing. The property was immaculate. My only issue was that they don't advise people to take a taxi. I am traveller so I would naturally walk, but it is a steep uphill climb, thus I suggest a taxi from the train station.

En luksusoplevelse - vi kommer gerne igen
Hotellet burde have 5 stjerner - alt var perfekt og alt personale stod på pinde for at give os en god oplevelse. Pool området var perfekt både til børn og dårligt gående. Eneste anke er at det er meget kuperet at gå til og fra byen / stranden. Der står i Hotel.com at hotellet giver fri mineralvand i flaske. Det gør de dog ikke. Vi valgte at gå ned til byen / stranden og tage en taxa hjem om aftenen (10 euro). Det fungerede fint. Dejlig restaurant på hotellet og ikke meget dyrere end i byen. Frokosten måtte gerne have haft mere simple og billigere tilbud. Området ved hotellet er utrolig flot og gennemført smagfuldt.

Schönes Hotel
Die Lage war perfekt und sehr schön. Das Personal ist freundliche. Das Frühstück hat und sehr gut gefallen, viel zu essen und frische Säfte. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und gut gepflegt. Zum Strand muss man mit dem Auto gehen, da es etwas zu weit ist zu Fuss. Das Hotel ist hoch gelegen, hinunter laufen würde gehen aber dann wieder nach oben, ist sehr anstrengend. Mietet sowieso ein Auto, dann könnt ihr schöne Strände besuchen gehen. Als kleine Information, wenn ihr Palermo besuchen möchtet, müsst ihr 1 Stunde Auto fahren.

The rooms were average. I property was nice with nice pool area. Dining was nice around pool for lunch & at night with live music. The front desk staff was not very friendly or accommodating except for one woman. One male front desk person was very rude. Not providing a good first impression for the hotel.

Très bon service
5 nuits en chambre double supérieure.Que ce soit l’accueil, les conseils, le service à table, navette, la propreté très bon service. Bel établissement dans son ensemble piscine et plage privée très bien. Chambre taille suffisante et confortable en revanche sdb peut mieux faire et la climatisation par le sol c’est certes silencieux mais très humide. Il faut compter 20 minutes à pied pour le centre historique

Merci également pour vos notes, vos mots sont extrêmement importants pour nous afin d'améliorer nos services. Nous l'avons déjà communiquée à la direction afin qu'elle prenne des mesures immédiates. Veuillez noter que la position de notre Hôtel sur une colline qui domine Cefalù dans une position panoramique mais à 5 minutes en voiture du centre ville est ce qui nous permet de créer une oasis de paix et de tranquillité, loin des sons de la ville.Ce fut un véritable plaisir de vous accueillir et nous espérons vous revoir bientôt. Enjoyable Stay
We had a 4 night stay at the end of June, rounding off our 10 day trip to Sicily. The hotel was located up a hill above Cefalù and while the walk down into town was OK, the walk back up was challenging, especially in the heat. We were booked into a Prestige Sea View Room. It was a corner room which was compact but clean. We did find it warm as as the air conditioning is centrally controlled, we had to ask reception to alter the temperature. We are not tall people but we did find the bed short although comfortable. Breakfast was good with a nice selection and the freshly squeezed orange juice machine was exceptional. We had several lunches and dinner on one evening which was good. The pool area was nice although there were no umbrellas so you need a sunbed under a tree if you are looking for shade. The staff were all efficient, helpful and very friendly. The Restaurant Manager even made an effort to greet us by name. Our only complaint was the price of a gin & tonic (€15 for a Tanqueray). If ever in Cefalù again, we would choose this hotel.

The property is great - and particularly the pool area (surrounded by trees - and lots of sun/shade, as required) Breakfast was superb - hot things kept hot and cold things kept cold. The location is not so convenient for getting into town - we walked back (uphill) and regretted it very much. Staff were excellent. Only problem was the the a/c in the room. We asked for it to be checked as it really wasn't working well at all. It was only the following morning (at check out) we were told there was actually a problem which the engineers were in the process of fixing. We were not told that the previous evening when we raised the issue. It really was uncomfortably hot (and humid) in the room all night
