'Cute place! It’s a basement apartment with all you need to enjoy your stay. The bed is comfortable, tv works, we even had some complementary coffee. It is a simple place, but our plans were to be out and about for our stay, so it was perfect.'

'Very clean, newly remodled, upstairs appartment with two large bedrooms, plenty of closet space, full kitchen, very nicely appointed. Covered, carport parking off the rear was very nice on rainy mornings. Washer & Dryer on lower level. The house is on Colorado Ave. so there is some traffic noise, but honestly it never really bothered us too much.'

'Three of us women stayed at the house for a 3-day conference in Denver. Overall, it was fine. You can tell the owner is doing much work to improve the home. The beds were very comfortable, and the house's aesthetic was lovely. There were some strong cons, though. When we arrived, there were two face clothes, three hand towels, and three body towels, and no soap or shampoo as listed. 'This is a lovely and surprisingly quiet little spot. My spouse and I enjoyed getting some much needed peace and quiet but we also enjoyed exploring the surrounding neighborhood. Plenty of places for dining and entertainment within a few blocks of the house.'

'We loved our stay in Wash Park neighborhood. Walkability quality is 10/10. Great restaurants for choice and quality. This was the perfect location for the 2 concerts we attended. One concert was at Red Rocks and one was at Mission Ballroom. 10/10 highly recommend. We hope to return again one day soon.'

'As a family of 4 we enjoyed this cute and quaint little house. Loved the neighborhood and the other fun and beautiful houses around it. Super close to downtown. Awesome Bacon house restaurant that we went to for breakfast just one black away and amazing sushi a few blocks down. For the house being old, it has been renovated with a cute modern feel. 'Rented the property so we had a place to stay while visiting my sister. It was clean cozy and close to downtown. They were able to accommodate our early check in with ease even though it was made last minute! Good open communication very friendly/welcoming. The property was perfect for what we needed. we wish we were able to use the fire pit and hot tub but due to the Denver weather it snowed quite a bit but it was a beautiful space.'

'Our family had a wonderful stay in Centennial, Colorado. This house is beautiful and is decorated beautifully. The neighborhood was equally nice and is very quiet, and our daughter-in-law was so happy Starbucks was just a 3-minute walk. We cannot say enough about this house! 'First time staying at a Kasa property. Very pleased with the cleanliness and condition of the unit. Would stay here again if back in the area. Although it didn’t matter to us because of the weather, we received notice that the pool was under repair on the day we arrived. It was clear the repairs were well underway and had not started that day. I would suggest notifying guests well in advance in case this feature is important to them, and they may want to change their plans. '
