'My wife and I had a great week at the Cozy Cottage. Loved the location. Although it is described as cozy, it was plenty spacious for the two of us and our Corgi.'

It was an unseasonably warm and wet winter weekend, and the driveway / parking areas were muddy, so just a bit of a warning for other guests to expect this.'

'This was an awesome place to stay and unwind. John was a great host and helped us get settled in quickly. It was nice that he provided a boat, kayak, and paddle boat to enjoy the river with. This location is very quiet and relaxing. All the conveniences of a small town are just a short easy drive away. I would recommend this vacation spot to anyone.'

'The house was very nice and comfortable for four of us. Even though it rained each day, there is plenty of nearby shopping. We always try to do short term rentals when we travel. A couple of suggestions - the house had no wash cloths, no can opener, no salt & pepper shakers. Towels racks in the bathrooms would be a huge help. The listing indicated a hot tub and 2+ bathrooms. There was no hot tub and two full baths. There was no welcome booklet with local restaurants, points of interest, wifi...
