'Brenden is phenomenal! He was so sweet and accommodating! I didn’t get to stay in the actual inn so much because I was in town for work but even still he was so communicative and hospitable!'

'Hotel is in the middle pf multiple attractions, baseball in Cooperstown and Hockey in Utica. We came for the Hockey at the new Nexus center in downtown Utica. Each time We stayed here we had a well kept room with great service. Our room was very spacious and perfectly cleaned. The room rate is far below the rates in Utica and much larger rooms. We had a great experience.'

'Excellent family owned historic hotel located in a nice secluded area of Jeffersonville. The family makes you feel at home and have a ton of information about the area. Our room was clean and spacious, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast is awesome, and I highly recommend the omelette. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re in the area!'

'This property was everything our family needed for a great Dreams Park experience. Was only 5 min from Dreams Park, easy to get into town, and the house was clean with all the amenities needed. We enjoyed grilling and eating outside, and the kids enjoyed the hammocks. Highly recommend this place!'

'We had a great time at Greg’s property. The house is huge and easily accommodated the 25 guests we had. It is very conveniently located for those that like to take advantage of skiing between Hunter and Windham mountains. Greg was extremely responsive and very easy to work with anytime we had questions arise. I would definitely recommend to others and will most certainly keep this place in mind for future trips!
