'This appartment had a very good price-quality rate. The house is spacious enough for 4 people (living room, kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms). The most impressive was the view over the Como lake from the terrace of the appartment! Lina, the host has given us many tourist tips such as best place to take the boat to Belaggio, great restaurants (Momi!), and private boat trip… We had many nice conversations with Lina via her translation app in English. Thank you Lina for your great hospitality!'

'Leider lag die Wohnung direkt an der Hauptverkehrsstraße von Como nach Bellagio. Den ganzen Tag donnerte der Verkehr vorbei, was sehr laut war. Dadurch war die Terrasse nur bedingt nutzbar. Abends und nachts war es relativ ruhig. Außerdem war von der Wohnung aus kein Geschäft, Restaurant etc. zu Fuß erreichbar. Man musste immer mit dem Auto irgendwo hinfahren und am Ankunftsort war das Problem, dass man meistens kein Parkplatz fand. In der Wohnung war die Badewanne nicht nutzbar, da irgendetwas...

'We spent very nice vacation days at Lake Como. The apartment is located in a house built into the mountain. Therefore, you have to climb some stairs to get to the apartment, but then you are rewarded by a beautiful apartment with a fantastic view. We felt very comfortable.'

'Het is een heel fijn vakantiehuis met een geweldig uitzicht! Alle voorzieningen zijn er en zeer goed en gastvrij ontvangen bij aankomst. Het is wel een avontuur vanwege de smalle bergweg om bij het huis te komen .'

'This apartment is in an excellent location in the center of Cernobbio. It is in an old beautifully preserved building. The property manager, Laura, was outstanding. Incredibly helpful and responsive. The property was as pictured. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 stars is because the living room furniture could use some updating. If I could give it 4.5 stars I would. Otherwise an architecturally beautiful and comfortable home.'

'We had a wonderful stay at the stone house! Sara was great to work with. She made sure we were prepared for our stay and arrival. The character in the house was just what I was looking for. The house was so clean and we really appreciated all the thoughtful touches Sara had in the house. There are a lot of steps to the house, but we felt it was worth it!'

'It was an absolutely splendid experience. We rented a boat to use from Click&Boat website. I highly recommend doing that as well. Driving a car in Como is not as pleasurable as driving a boat! Thank you again Sergio for memories of a lifetime.'

'Definitely a throwback to what feels like an authentic Italian home. A step back in time. Make sure and eat dinner at Villa Lario and stop by Peppo’s bar for coffee and/or drinks. Make sure you look for Peppo’s bar to find the steep driveway to the garage…. Cia is awesome.'

'The apartment is very nice, well equipped and has everything we needed, incl. separate air-conditioning downstairs and upstairs, 2 modernized bathrooms. Communication with the owner was always friendly and supportive. Walking distance of only 15 – 20 minutes to the city center.'
