'Met with lifelong friends for the weekend. Weather was beautiful, so we were able to enjoy the backyard space. Your cottage was a perfect central location for us since we came from different states. We’re hoping to make this an annual gathering! FYI-the hall bathroom toilet runs continuously and we’re a little concerned about your foundation to the right of the front door.'

'My impression is that this is a VRBO "in process." It was nice, clean and quiet but needs some care. The floors throughout where very bouncing and in the bedroom it felt in places like we might fall through. The living room needs a different couch set up as it was not easy to congregate on the couch set up. The kitchen chairs must be replaced, they actually hurt to set in as the seats were not good. Having said that, it's a great, quiet location by a lovely stream. Not as nice as expected, but...

'This place is absolutely perfect. No detail has been forgotten - the host makes sure anything you could possible need is provided. The location is amazing, truly feeling like you are in the country while only being about 25 minutes from downtown Nashville. Our pups loved the fenced in yard and dog treats that were thoughtfully left out for us. We will be back! Thanks again, Donna!'

'We enjoyed our stay at the Concord Cottage very much. The house was exactly as pictured. I would definitely give it 5 stars. The only suggestion I would make is a TV in the family room for those unable to climb the stairs. The birds that had built a nest in the wreath on the door were an added surprise when they flew into the house when I opened the door. It took a while, but we were able to catch and release them back outside. I would definitely stay again when I return to TN.'
