My sincerest of apologies for your toilet handle breaking. Regardless of being an IHG rewards member or not, when you book and pay through a third party site, we are unable to offer a discount. We would be discounting the third party since that's who paid us. We like to help guests achieve the opportunity of signing up for our rewards program, not only for the excellent benefits of booking directly, but so we may offer you rewards points to help exchange for a free night stay at any of our brand hotels.
