Bathroom was very very nasty saw tiny bugs crawling saw a dead bug in the corner on the wall in the top of shower wanted my money back i reserved 2 nights spent 1 night woke up to bed bugs crawling on the side of bed i immediately wanted my money back packed my stuff we upto front office was very rude to me would only give me 1 day back and than charged my card twice trying to give me Saturdays payment back also charged me a 13.00 fee for leaving there motel a day early than my reservation also told me it was a different price on Saturdays than friday other than what i had originally reserved a week before so as of now still waiting on Saturdays payment to come back on my card...they got really mad at me cause i told them and showed the pictures and video of the bed bugs on the side of the bed just got very disrespectful so if you wanna stay at this Quilty Inn you better think twice it is very nasty and horrible dont do it!!!!👎👎👎👎

bed bugs, unwashed towels and ash tray, naty breakfast and the room appeared to be uncleaned. I got out very early in the morning and the breakfast offered really nothing to eat. One of the worst motel experiences I had in my entire life.

Don’t stay here
First off the room they gave us the key didn’t work and it was on the second floor so we had to climb up and downstairs a couple times. Then the second thing was the drain in the bathtub didn’t drain at all. The TV was very difficult to navigate, said they would help us never showed up and in the morning breakfast was horrible. There wasn’t even a piece of toast to be made or a bagel. There was some cereal that’s about it.

The room was one of the dirtiest we've come across. Breakfast was a joke. The refrigerator was so loud that we had to unplug it. The location is convenient right off of the highway, but the surrounding neighborhood is not good. Keep going beyond Charleston!

The staff was the only positive thing about our stay. For the price and previous reviews, I didn’t have high expectations but our room was legitimately dirty. The floor looked like it’s never seen a vacuum, like physically dirty carpet. The tub floor was black from dirt. Bugs in the room. The fridge and microwave had crumbs all over them. The bed had previous hair! The counter also had hair and dirt. Our room was disgusting. The AC unit was off when we checked in so the room was pretty warm, and once we turned it on, it really didn’t cool the room very well. I did check for bed bugs and didn’t see any. We tried to book another room elsewhere and it was sold out so just to feel better about our dirty room, I went and bought my owns sheets and pillow. It was jaw dropping on how dirty the place was. Not sure what house keeping did beside drop off clean towels - or folded, not sure about clean. I definitely won’t stay here again.

The room was clean and quiet. I am moving so I was exhausted from packing and really need a place to crash. The property is located off the beat and path so it is very quiet. The staff was remarkable and very helpful. The breakfast was nice. Great coffee.

Bottom line, our door would not lock n they claimed there was nothing they could do about it. We are two females, me and my granddaughter and felt very uncomfortable about the situation n will not stay here again on my trips.

The staff were polite and helpful. There are limited conveniences nearby. The hotel needs some updates in the bathroom.Floor, tile and grout were dirty beyond the basic housekeeping. Bedding was worn but clean.

Room was not ready for 45 minutes after published time of check.in. Lobby and hotel exterior was extremely shabby, the lobby smelled musty and the cloth furniture in the lobby was extremely dirty. The room was acceptable except the desk chair was almost ready to break and several light fixtures were missing one or more bulbs.

The proprietor was difficult to deal with when I wanted to pay cash for my room. I gave a credit card for my deposit and 6 days and counting still have not refund for the deposit they held. Most hotels hold the card for incidentals but he ran it and now I have to wait on a refund. I questioned the safety of the area as we saw no people walking or spending any time out doors. The grounds were ok at the hotel itself but immediately adjacent it was gravel and weeds and run down. After I checked out I spoke with a local sheriff and he told me that location had a bit of a reputation for illegal activity, although we did not experience any suspicious activity during our stay. I would not stay here again.

Rooms are extremely dirty, they do not clean under the beds there were tons of dead bugs. We checked into a double bed room and both beds had dead and living bed bugs. We didnt even bother staying. This is a place you book to for a one night stand, if that.

Mold on ice bucket, mold on shower walls. The bathroom door couldn't close because one of the hinges was not attached. The tv remote didn't work. There was no coffee because the clerk didnt know how to make it. We have stayed here many times, but not anymore.

Reserved a non-smoking room but they had none left and had to take a smoking room(didn't know those still existed). Person a front desk not friendly about it at all, almost like I made a mistake and reserved a smoking room (I checked and I didn't). The room itself was freezing and the heat did little to help. Fortunately we were only there for less than 8 hours as we arrived late and left early.

Disgusting
Disgusting nothing was clean. Refrigerator was dirty, microwave dirty, toilet dirty. Didn’t even turn the beds down because we left.

The room had some issues...cracked sink, bathroom floor was dirty especially behind the door, and the bed leaned - feet were higher than head. The bedding was clean and mattress was comfortable otherwise.
