Have stayed here many times. Nice, clean and friendly staff. Be aware GPS directions from Expedia address are not correct once you get off the highway.

Very clean and super comfortable beds. Very friendly staff. The rooms were spacious (we stayed in a double queen bed room ) easy to find and close to food, gas stations and Target. Continenal breakfast was delicious with many options for my family of 5 who all have different food preferences. Would highly recommend.

Our check in and room were great. The suite is spacious and clean and allowed us to bring our eleven month old and still have separate sleep spaces. There are restaurants in the area which is great- most are across a busier road which made it difficult to walk to, but would be a very easy drive. The hotel is sandwiched between two motels that look rather run down, but it did not impact our stay by any means. We would definitely return to this hotel if we passed through the area again.

The room smelled. It left clothes smelling like a locker room or laundry room. Traveled with a baby and there were stains on the floor, didn't feel comfortable letting him roam.

What I liked: Bed was comfortable, room was clean, desk clerks were courteous. The complimentary cookies were delicious and a nice touch. What I didn't like: The air system in the room was very noisy, making it difficult to sleep. There is a bar right in the reception area, and when I checked in it was crowded and noisy, as though some party were happening. Breakfast was a disappointment: the typical scrambled eggs/waffles breakfast self-serve available at less expensive hotels, but with the additional annoyance of having a far-right news channel blasting away on the wall. I know this is West Virginia, but not all the hotel's guests want to hear crazy politics while having breakfast.

Terrific over night stay, was quiet, clean, and comfortable. Great shower! Staff working with some limited supplies at breakfast made sure everyone was taken care of at breakfast, terrific people, they were great!

This is our go-to hotel around Charleston, even over Embassy. Very friendly staff, easy parking. Always willing to help in those crisis “I can’t believe I forgot my…” judgement free, haha! Best hotel in the area.

Staff were super friendly and helpful, we had an issue with our TV in our room and they came right away to help resolve the issue. Offered to move us if it couldn’t be fixed. Hotel was clean, comfortable and most of all my son felt safe there. We would definitely stay again.

It had a nice area for dog walking, with a pooper scooper. But, this was also the smoking area. The night we arrived, people and staff were smoking and drinking in the area.

The facility is very nice, very clean and updated. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast has many options and is good. The reason this got a three star rating is because we called in advance to ask about the electric charger for our vehicle and they said that this was available and yet they could not tell us in advance that we have to pay for it. As well we needed to download an app. This is all, very frustrating when you have had a busy day of travel and then need to do that before you can even plug in. And then it cost us $26 to charge, which we were not expecting. The other complaint could’ve been taken care of by staff as well and that is that our alarm went off at 5 AM, so we didn’t have a good sleep in as we had planned. The staff needs to be aware and check alarms in every room so that this doesn’t happen.

Although I only stayed one night because I was out that way for a work trip the one night that I did stay it was very clean and mostly quiet. You could hear a few of the guest doors slamming when they closed them and some kids running upstairs I did also get woken up at 6 AM, loud diesel truck that was started out my window that had nothing to do with the facility

We stayed here on our travels home from vacation and were very happy with our stay! The hotel was very clean, staff was friendly and welcoming, beds were comfortable and well climate controlled. We also enjoyed the continental breakfast in the morning!
