The bathroom floor unfortunately wasnt clean or appear to have been cleaned for quite some time, I ended up cleaning it myself with a washcloth. The bathroom ceiling was also disgusting. The front staff was very nice :)

Great place for the price. Clean and helpful staff. Believe everything they say about the slow elevator. It is very slow. Take the stairs if you can.

Had a pleasant stay while passing thru North Carolina from Ontario, Canada. Hotel was clean, staff were pleasant and friendly and breakfast was good.

They don't clean while you stay. And the filters of the ac is nasty and it's just a dirty environment for the price.

We do offer full cleaning after the third day. If you should need anything for the room, it is always available. We post this and state this at check in. The AC filters are cleaned after every check out in each room.

Trying to stay positive.
I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and have had good stay and this was not one of them. First for being a non-smoking room it smelled like smoke even the smell wandering from other rooms and there was no towels in the restroom. When I went downstairs to the front desk they said,”They be slipping’ with the towels” I was only able to get a body towel and two wash clothes. secondly the rags in the photo were in the room up against the wall. But the final straw was the shower draining slowly that I had to remove the plug to find a water bottle cap and wades of hair stuck in the drain. I travel for my business and always look for the best deals and have stayed here close to a dozen times over the last six months as I frequent this area quick a bit. I was disappointed to say the least but will be hopeful for my next trip.

We had a very bad experience with the hotel and staff. First of all, there was no one to check us in when we got there. There were other people waiting besides us to check in. We had to wait a long time until staff came to check us in. Then we were told that they no longer had double beds which is what we booked. We were told they would give us two King bed bedrooms instead but then another front desk worker came and said they couldn’t do that. Eventually, we were accommodated but after about an hour of going back and forth. The next day we went to breakfast at 7am and there was nothing available/ready, not even coffee. Very unprofessional staff and nothing what the website states.

Breakfast was delayed due to our Breakfast Attendant being in a serious car accident. We tried our best to have a replacement come in to help. The pictures didn't reflect what the hotel and room actually looked like. You couldn't bill your room for the snacks and had to have cash or card. The laundry room was very poor. The room was muggy and there were bugs. The elevator was very sketchy. The atm machine didn't work. The shower was poor.

The pictures posted are recent. We ask for payment for snacks in our lobby pantry because we keep room charged separate from incidentals. We did verify the atm is working.

It was good for the couple nights we stayed. If it wasn’t for the roach I came across in the bathroom I wouldn’t hesitate about staying again. The towels also look like they could’ve been cleaned better.

I didn’t like that the elevator was not working and when it did the door took 5 tries before it closed. Also one night and a whole day the hot water was not working. Then the Alarm went off 7:45am Sunday in the morning. The person next door to my room. Kept his TV on all day and night.

The door on the elevator was damaged and tried to close 3 to 4 times each time we were in it until it finally closed. No hot water for approximately 24 hours. We had to switch rooms as we had no water in our bathroom due to another issue unrelated to the no hot water. Hotel was advertised to be close to Charlotte Convention center when it was actually 20-30 minutes away. We booked this based on it being close to convention center. Staff was helpful but location as disappointing and other issues piled on to our diappointment.

YELLING CHILD!
It was a good stay. There was a child yelling in the halls all night (from about 12:00a-5:00a). It woke me up a few times. There were signs of debris in the hallways. It was just a single night for me.

Property was fine. Our room was not very clean. There was a cup of old urine on top of the closet and the floor was not vacuumed at all. You are not allowed service on your room unless you have been there for longer than a week which is weird. I wanted new sheets but could not ask for them after seeing no housekeeper and when I did she didn’t hear us bc she was on the phone. Our fire alarm ran out of battery and chirped every few minutes. When asking the front desk for a replacement, he said he’d send someone up but after 30 minutes no one came and we replaced them ourself. As someone who works as a front desk receptionist for a hotel, it’s not hard to get up and change it yourself. Overall, the stay is fine if ur not worried about small stuff.

Were sorry to hear about the urine cup, we will work with our housekeepers to better clean the room. As far as servicing the room there is modified housekeeping, every 3 days there will be a full service if you are here multiple days. Towels and sheets and linens stuff like that are available at the front desk. We hope you will use us again for your next destination vacation! thanks
