We do offer complimentary Wi-fi service. You would only need to put the password in that should have been provided to you at check in. It is my hope that we can be better during your next visit to the area and earn a 5 star. Thanks and safe travels.

Bathroom needed a towel rack close to shower. No exhaust fan in bathroom. Being so close to airport, noisy. Obviously. Positives was the shuttle to the airport and restaurant inside with room service.

As far as the towel rack not being close enough to the shower, unfortunately the way they configured the bathrooms presented a challenge for the towel racks to be closer. However, we will going through a renovation real soon and this is something I will bring up. Please stay safe and we look forward to seeing you the next time you are in the area.

You can never go wrong with a Holiday Inn! The quality is consistent in all the HIs I’ve been to! The location isn’t the best but good enough for an airport location!

Clean. Airport shuttle and parking at the hotel was a major bonus. The restaurant in the hotel was okay. Service was very slow. To be fair It was a late dinner. I will definitely return.

I stayed just one night on this property. The airport shuttle was not very convenient. You must CALL them from the airport before they will appear. I had to call them 2x so the whole procedure took 45 minutes. Following that the check in at the hotel took alot to be desired.........very poor, unprofessional, unfriendly, and another 30 minutes of my time. The rooms here are extremely dated--dirty carpets in the room. The whole place is laid out very strange and dated. I would never stay here again and, unfortunately, hesitate to stay at a Holiday Inn anywhere again.

Good afternoon Ma'am,Please accept my apologies for your unpleasant experience with us during your recent stay. Ma'am, we are scheduled for a renovation over the next few months. As far as your issue with the shuttle service, I wish to apologize for that as well. Not making any excuses but sometimes the shuttles can be a bit challenging. We offer shuttle service 24 hours; however, during peak times at the airport, the turnaround time can vary from 15 to 20 minutes (traffic pending). Unfortunately, due the high demand of our shuttle service, we do require you call us once you've landed so that we can get a shuttle to you as soon as possible. I'm going to look to see when associate checked you in because we have total control on being professional and if for some reason we were not, then I need to address that with the staff. It is my hope you give us another opportunity to show you we are better that what we presented to you during your last stay.Please feel free to reach out to me directly if you have any further questions/concerns about your stay.Marco.phifer@atmahotelgroup.com Assistant GM

Experience was fine. Did the bare minimum to meet my low expectations. Check in was late. Arrived off a flight with no where to go to be told that I had to come back in another three hours when the room was ready. When time finally arrived waited in line for check in with no greeting or acknowledgment along with multiple others. No cleaning service throughout your stay apparently it has to be “scheduled”by you for someone to come and empty trash bins daily Paid in advance for breakfast service to be included.Breakfast food was enjoyable but I was stopped each day as was my partner asking if we were in the same room. Also had to pay more for juice. Only coffee and water included in prepayment. Not the worst stay. Clean and quiet. Did the job. Just needs better customer service. Don’t preach “hospitality” if you can’t back it up.

I will take the time to retrain our staff on greeting our guests in a more friendly manner. You are correct, we shouldn't preach hospitality and not deliver. As far as the orange juice not being included with your breakfast. This is an IHG policy not, Holiday Inn. I agree with you, it needs to be addressed.

The staff was amazing very friendly very helpful. Love the shuttle service. They shuttle you wherever you need to go within the area. Breakfast was great. The only thing I did not like which was probably our fault was the room we chose a little outdated but overall great places to stay.

We booked this hotel for the convenience of having an airport shuttle. Upon arrival at Charlotte Douglas Airport, we had ti call 6 times before we could get ahold of someone to send the shuttle to pick us up. Then, upon check in the front desk said the shuttle for tomorrow morning is “sold out” and “full” and that we would need to find our own transportation to the airport. Very disappointing! If this is your “busy season” as the desk clerk’s reasoning was, then you should hire another shuttle. Not happy at all with this hotel and will not be staying here again. So many other options for hotels within airport proximity that actually honor their promise of complimentary airport transfers.

My flight was scheduled to arrive just after midnight so I called the hotel between flights at about 7 pm to confirm that I would be arriving after midnight. I was told that this would not be a problem. Unfortunately, my flight was delayed by an hour so I arrived at about 1 a.m. Upon my arrival I called to let them know so they could send the hotel shuttle as instructed in their email. I was promptly put on hold and someone else came on the phone to tell me that they didn’t have a room for me but they would send the shuttle to pick me up to take me to a sister property then hung up with no further information. When I called back I was hung up on again. The shuttle arrived 15 minutes later and after getting on the shuttle I coaxed more information out of the driver who finally confessed that the sister property was 30 minutes away and furthermore after I pressed further he admitted that the sister property did not have a shuttle and nor would they be providing one in the morning. I called the hotel again and was hung up on three more times. To make matters worse when I finally arrived in my room with less than three hours left to sleep I found the room was dirty and it was obvious someone had been in the bed. The only saving grace was there was another couple in the same situation and one was an attorney. Not one time was an apology offered
