The nicest part of this hotel is the lobby. We had repeated issues with our booking from the moment we walked through the door. Rooms were not ready to be checked into at 5:30 pm in the evening, staff told us our only option was to wait to get the room we booked, then staff failed to notify us that rooms were ready after 2 hours and tried to give us a room that did not match our booking.. also actual rooms are super in need of upgrades, did not match pics. The hotels initial excuse was to blame Expedia, then after further discussion they revealed their system needs to be updated and hasn’t been in years. Because of the issue with the room not matching what we were supposed to be given we cancelled, but had to get the help of a manager. Stay elsewhere at any cost!!
