The nicest part of this hotel is the lobby. We had repeated issues with our booking from the moment we walked through the door. Rooms were not ready to be checked into at 5:30 pm in the evening, staff told us our only option was to wait to get the room we booked, then staff failed to notify us that rooms were ready after 2 hours and tried to give us a room that did not match our booking.. also actual rooms are super in need of upgrades, did not match pics. The hotels initial excuse was to blame Expedia, then after further discussion they revealed their system needs to be updated and hasn’t been in years. Because of the issue with the room not matching what we were supposed to be given we cancelled, but had to get the help of a manager. Stay elsewhere at any cost!!

The lady who checked me in was super nice I wish I got her name, other staff was okay. The room was nice but I wish we had a refrigerator and a microwave atleast. Bathroom was a little tight but counter space and long mirror made up for it. AMAZING VIEW! seventh floor was perfect! Great hotel to have a party

It was a okay hotel would stay there again simple thing that could of been fixed didn’t get resolved such as us not having hot water and fridge not working when telling front desk they had maintenance come up immediately He ran the water for a few minutes and got warm but nothing more. He said housekeeping would come give us a new fridge. They never came the next morning I mentioned it again, and I was ignored other than that it was an OK property with amazing city view.

The Lobby and restaurants look great. The room looked great as well but Upon a closer inspection, the room we stayed in needs an update / maintenance work. The bedding was poor, dust on the nightstand, dirty black vent in the bathroom, chipped mirror edges in the bathroom. Unfortunately it was a disappointing experience. The staff was great and it’s a convenient location. I hope the rooms are maintained better.

The hotel was very nice and clean. There are a lot of lounging areas throughout to relax and watch TV if you wanted to get out of your room for awhile and explore the property. My husband and I also had a late meal from the hotel bar which was delicious. We would stay again and highly recommended.

Beautiful property. Upset that the rooftop bar was not available on Friday and there are no microwaves in the rooms. Other than that, beautiful property and conveniently located.

The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating- they helped me surprise my partner with a bottle of champagne in the room and we had a room with an excellent view! The only downside was that we were too close to the rooftop bar that we heard the guests leaving and smelled cigarette smoke from the vents. The staff had no way of knowing and they did the most to make our stay special! Will definitely stay there again.

First let me start by saying that the staff is friendly and helpful. They treated me well on my arrival. I so much wanted to like this property because of the staff. However, there were too many fiscal issues that really made me not like this place. The property is a renovated older building. I have an allergy to mold and by the end of my visit was suffering with a sinus infection.
