Letitica was a delight! The staff was all very kind and helpful. I had no issues and really enjoyed my stay. I would highly recommend as it was not far from downtown Charlotte and super close to the airport.

Nice room, quiet location. Shuttle service to/from the airport with friendly drivers. Bathroom needs updating, breakfast was quite basic, all pre-packaged food other than the make your own waffle machine.

We missed our flight and already checked in the bag, Got to the room on the 4th floor tired, first impression was nice and clean, but it was no water at all. Called the desk, they said we can get 2 bottles downstairs for free, if more $2/bottle. In the room it was no toothbrush and toothpaste, but everything is available for charge at front desk . Furthermore, we killed the cockroach in the room:-(, and of course then it was upsetting…

Hotel made unauthorized debit from my checking acct despite being paid in full a month in advance. Once I called, it took them 7 days to return my money. My credit card shows payment of $82 to Expedia. Expedia receipt shows they paid hotel $82. At check-in I gave my debit card for incidentals (there were none). Later I saw the hotel took $103 from my acct. AND started a 2nd debit of $128 but reversed that one the same day. Both amounts are MORE than my room cost. I called while $103 debit was still “pending” & could’ve been reversed, but hotel told me to wait, debit would vanish in a few days. FALSE. Next day my money was GONE. Over days I contacted the manager who said it was fixed but the money did not return. I called Wyndham who said they don’t control individual properties’ billing. Hotel mgr claimed something went wrong with Expedia’s payment to them, so they took the money from me. Problems: 1) Expedia admits payments can glitch. But in my case, their records show it went thru. 2) When there is a problem, hotel is supposed to contact Expedia thru a dedicated line just for payment issues & Exp re-sends the payment. Hotel never contacted Expedia. 3) Exp says hotel CANNOT debit my card unless they NOTIFY me. They didn’t. As far as I knew I was paid in full. 4) Cost was $82. They took $103. Hotel never sent receipt saying they debited my acct (until I called). If I hadn’t seen debit, hotel would’ve kept my money & I would’ve paid TWICE for room PLUS extra $21.

This hotel was safe, but could have used a sign on the Main Street to show where to turn. Staff were super friendly and helpful. I was impressed with the key to open the front door after midnight. Made me feel safer too.

Excellent property for airport stays. The shuttle was prompt and extremely efficient. The front desk staff is extremely friendly. Some noise from the airport, but this was not a major issue.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Room was clean and quiet with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was okay but have stayed in places that offered better. Overall a good place to stay on overnight trip with layover in Charlotte. Close to airport and good shuttle service.

Positives: clean room and comfortable bed. Staff is great. Airport is five minutes away and they do have a free shuttle that you have to call. The problem: intoxicating smell of cleaning chemicals and air fresheners in the room. I kept the window open all night and ran the ventilation on high. The breakfast is all fake Franken-food - All packaged low quality processed food. No cold drinking water available. Everything is in plastic and styrofoam. There is very little in terms of real healthy food within walking distance as it is snug on this piece of land in the middle of three highways. The taco truck across the street is good but I would not say it was healthy.

It is a standard low- to mid- budget airport hotel. We wound up here last minute due to weather in the Charlotte area stranding us. We are pretty sure there were bed bugs as both my wife and I had bites within 2-3 days of staying here. The rooms were large and there is free transportation to the airport. There's limited places to eat if you do not have a car. We were not at the hotel long enough to judge breakfast or amenities.
