This hotel should be avoided. The interior had new carpeting and new furniture it smelled clean and it looked good the pool looked good however it wasn't in service. The staff on the other hand. The woman who checked us in looked like she worked at a convenience store. She had no identifying name tag or uniform. she's just sitting there on her phone when we came in. She acted like she did not know how to check us in we were worried for a moment. Then we asked for a roll away and she said she'd have to check. we got down to the room and it wasn't so bad. The room seemed to clean except for mold around in the bathtub shower area. The bed's are not so comfortable the pillows were terrible! So we went back down to see what was taking so long with the rollaway, and found out she hadn't even gone to look yet. Then she said she didn't have any, okay. When we were checking in she did not explain to us about breakfast or instructions to the room or anything about internet anything. She gave us our keys told us it was around the corner park on the other side. We did not feel safe at this hotel as going into the hotel there were some men hanging out in front and when we got inside there was a security guard eyeing us with suspicion. In the morning when we went to check out we expected a continental breakfast like it said on the website. What we got was a nothing. They told us it was a grab and go, but then when we asked where it was at the woman at the desk said oh I don't know I don't
