'Angela was the perfect host! We were a team of professional tournament anglers traveling with family. The home was absolutely perfect with plenty of parking for 3 boats. Everything from the linens, towels, and bedding were boutique hotel quality! The outdoor living spaces where we grilled our dinners were perfect. Overall, we had the perfect Louisiana experience tucked in a very safe and enjoyable Houma neighborhood! Thank you Angela for being an excellent host!!!'

'We had a great time at this property. It is right on the bayou, so we spent time outside crabbing and fishing. My husband and son used the boat ramp and went on a several-hour fishing trip. I used the smaller dock, and it was perfect for kayaking. The bayou was wide and clean of debris. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Thank you to the owner for providing such a comfortable getaway!'

'Had the best time with my family at the camp. The place was unbelievable, it was so pretty and well decorated. The outside was just as nice, my grandson love fishing off the docks and so did I. We didn’t catch any big fish but we caught a lot of catfish, crrokers,garfish and crabs. I lived sitting on the porch in the morning drinking my coffee with the nice breeze. 'The pictures of the place look cute. When we got there we were horrified! My family and I arrived to the property, and discovered the 3rd "bedroom" was a refinished garage without heat! It was 40 degrees that night. We also found mouse dropping in a different bedroom. We travel with pets so we had no other choice but to stay the night. We didn't arrive until after 9pm. When we woke the next morning there were cockroaches in the kitchen. We called the owner right away. He knew about the roaches...

'Great place, great location, clean and had everything we needed. The top deck had amazing views of the lakes and marsh. The property managers were easy to communicate with and even checked in on us to see if we needed anything and if we were catching fish (which we were!). CoCo Marina had an event that made it an even greater weekend. CoCo marina has undergone an amazing transformation and excited to see that for the area. Will definitely stay at the Gator Den again!'

You can launch from the camp via the owners’ boat launch, and there is an extra slip to tie off at the dock. The dock has floodlights for night fishing, and the camp is located on the Robinson Canal with access to the marsh via a 5-minute boat ride, Lake Boudreaux via a 15-minute boat ride, and Lake Barre via a 10-minute boat ride.
