'We booked 3 nights to spend some time with family in both North and South Carolina. Dellene is a delighit! it was like staying with a friend. Her pups are precious and welcomed our girl as one of the family. The sounds of the river and her beautiful windchimes make it sound like you are in heaven. I would definitely come back to visit again.'

'This was our second stay at this home, though last time we were on the other side of the duplex. It is comfortable and had everything we needed for a visit with our son's family nearby. Good communication with the owner re: an issue with the washer which we did not need anyway but it was nice of him to let us know. An awning or some sort of covered entrance over the front door would be nice - we got soaked when a storm came through while we were unloading. It also needs more than one mirror so...

'I traveled solo and stayed there for a business meeting and thoroughly enjoyed the property. Very well decorated, stocked with needed supplies, and clean. Host was friendly and extended a friendly offer to help with anything I needed while there. I would definitely stay here again.'

'I recently stayed at this sweet, cozy cottage with my husband and kids while attending the horse show at Tryon, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The cottage was peaceful, restful, and exceptionally comfortable, providing the perfect retreat after long days at the show. The quiet surroundings added to the charm, and Michelle's excellent communication made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!'

'I can't say enough about Holly and her wonderful little cottage in Greer. Upon walking in my expectations were exceeded tenfold as it is so beautifully appointed in every way, and very spacious. 'Horrible experience! The house was filthy! Towels and washcloths were old, worn and mismatched. Bedding on queen bed did not fit the bed. Bunk beds had no bunkieboards and cheap mattresses. Dishes were sparse, random and put up dirty. Outdoor hedges are overgrown and house is hardly visible from the road. Vrbo refunded our money, but weren’t able to find somewhere else for us to stay on an already stressful weekend, as we were in town for my 10 year old nephew’s funeral! We will likely never...

'Visiting from Long Island to see my daughter’s friend who moved to SC. Property was perfect. Accommodations were comfortable and we had everything we needed to prepare some meals. My husband enjoyed doing some fishing and relaxing on the deck. We made a trip into Greenville to go to Falls Park, shop and have dinner. We enjoyed the Landrum farmers market, Looking Glass Creamery and All Good Things bakery in Tryon. No issues with checking in or out. Would definitely recommend and would come back'

'Communication before, during and after our stay was great. House was comfortable. Was super close to everything we needed. During our stay the primary shower wasn't available, but we just used the other one. Internet felt slow to us, but only our teens were truly affected. 😉 Wish we had time to explore the river access. Will definitely look into this property again when we go back to TIEC.'
