Prima ligging, slechte hotel
De ligging is goed. Centraal in het oude centrum. Het hotel is echter een stuk minder goed. Het personeel spreek geen woord Engels, de badkamer is ernstig aan vervanging toe. Er zat een scheur in de badkuip en de douchekop hangt ter hoogte van je schouwder. Voor de rest was het niet schoon. Schimmel in de voegen, een haarspeldje van de vorige bewoner in de badkuip. Al met al geen aanrader voor die prijs. Verder was het bed super hard. Het ontbijt was wel prima daarin tegen.

El alojamiento según lo que se busque y como se mire. La habitación está fenomenal muy grande con un buen aire acondicionado buena cama frigorífico cortinas opacas vamos muy bien. Descansamos muy bien ya que no hay gente es una maravilla. Desayuno correcto pensado en que no hay muchos clientes pues no es un gran buffet pero desayunas bien la piscina super tranquila no hay ruido de niños ni nada muy bien. Yo repetiré Los aspectos malos los pasillos etc está un poco dejado pero a la vez tiene su encanto.El personal muy bien siempre con una sonrisa.volveremos

Not good at all
What can I say that's good? Well not much, the room was spacious but the bed was hard, the balcony was covered in bird crap and the hot water was hit and miss,the tv was the worst ever could not watch,the breakfast was terrible,just so bad,not even fresh milk or coffee,the building was unkeep but the pool was clean,they must show some care cause it looks and feels old and forgotten.i will never stay again and that's just a small amount of what I could say why you shouldn't either

Great hotel
Booked for 2 nights and stayed an extra night. Hotel is a little dated but rooms are spacious and very clean. Nice pool to swim in after hot days out. Shops and eating places nearby. Friendly staff.

Fabulous hotel
Great hotel in the middle of the old city. Lovely, friendly staff. A little dated but very clean apart from hallway carpet. Rooms very spacious. Pool was great for dipping in after a long hot day. Lots of shops and eating places around. Tuk tuk s just outside so easy for travelling if you don't want to walk. We never ate in the hotel so can't comment on the food.

Positives out weigh the negatives
The hotel is in a good location for shops, restaurants and local attractions. The decor is in need of refurbishment. The equipment in the Fitness room doesn’t work. I raised this and other issues with my room and immediately got a free upgrade. The staff were very helpful when asked. The swimming pool was clean and the WiFi was good. The buffet breakfast is good value for money.

The hotel was generally basic but the Expedia price was right since it included a buffet breakfast. For a long stay the deficiencies in the breakfast service became annoying. You frequently had to ask them to put out more silverware, napkins, plates, refill the milk pitcher, refill the bread basket, make more eggs (the cook would be in the kitchen), refill certain dishes at the salad bar. They simply had no urgency in finding out what had to be replaced!!! The tables didn't get cleaned up as people vacated their table; it frequently waited until people were searching for a clean table. If you were a short stay, this wouldn't phase you. We'll be here 6 weeks, and it's annoying.

Foreigners Don’t stay here!
Extremely old and needing repairs! Mattresses are really old and lift the sheets to make sure there are no bugs! The front desk staff was extremely rude and this is so uncharacteristic for Thais! We were the only foreigners in the hotel. It seems to cater to Lowe-middle class Thais on-bus tours...and Chinese tours. The breakfast buffet was not very appealing and not worth 150 bht! I have tried uploading pics but hotels.com boots me out of the review process! Would not have stayed. 4 nights if we could have cancelled after the first night

以約二百港幣-晚來說,可以勉強接受。
因為這間酒店差不多有三十年歷史,雖然保養得唔算差,始終-把年紀,好處是在舊城中心點,到那裡都比較方便。在停車場入口邊,有間古法按摩,技師手法唔錯,算是唯一驚喜。

The staff at reception are very rude and don’t try to be helpful at all. Rooms are fine for a night or two - spacious but smell musty and are very budget. Shower was fine but the towels were old and frayed. At least it has aircon!!

la verdad el personal deja mucho que desear son antipaticos y aparte de eso nos hemos encontrado una rata por los passillos. es un hotel por fuera es bonito pero por dentro un poco dejado. No lo recomiendo

It was an excellent hotel with great staff and services. Truly value for money and good location though Chiang Rai is a small town.
