Thank you for staying at Bush Inn Court. We are very sorry you had this experience while checking in. Usually check in time is from 2pm. If we know there is to be an early check in, we try to make sure that room is cleaned first. Unfortunately it was a very busy day and yours or a similar room was not ready at 10.30am. As a result when you returned you did receive a free upgrade. The other areas mentioned will be looked into. The cleaners take real pride in their work and scrub around the toilet bowl area at every clean but unfortunately the tiles do not reflect this. Again our apologies for any inconvenience Best wishes Management
