Shinah, I don’t even know where to start. To anyone reading this that wants to question my integrity I would be happy to show you the security camera footage from outside the house. Yes there are security cameras outside the house, they are not allowed inside the house. I got a txt from my neighbors complaining about the noise and people in the backyard. Guest was having a party which is against the rules in the VRBO agreement. I called and asked her to get the people out of the house as parties are not allowed. She refused and her friends proceeded to say rude and disrespectful things into the camera in the backyard stating they’re not leaving and there’s nothing I can do about it. At this point I called the police to meet me at the property, refunded her remaining two nights and had them all escorted from the property. I don’t have a racist bone in my body, the fact that you chose to write this review knowing it’s all lies tells me everything I need to know about your character. As for the dirty pillows and dehumidifier, everything was cleaned and washed before you arrived like we do for everyone else and the machine you are referring to is an air purifier because many people still have concerns about Covid. You were disrespectful to my property, myself and my neighbors and were asked to leave and refunded your remaining nights. End of story

Jill, the thermostat is not controlled by Alexa other than being able to give her commands to change the temperature. The temp automatically goes down at night to save energy because most people are covered up in bed. We like to give people freedom to feel at home but when it’s abused we take it away. Woke up at 1 am to a notification from nest the system was running more than usual, checked to find it was 80 degrees in the house. There’s no reason for it to be 80 in the house, that’s called taking advantage of someone. At that point I locked it to go no higher than 68.
