When we stay at a hotel with our dogs, we expect the room to not be elegant. We were in room 130, which had king bed and handicap bathroom. No vanity in the bathroom so getting ready was a bit challenging. We would stay here again, just a different room.

We regret to hear that your room didn't meet your expectations in terms of there being no microwave, coffee maker, nor hairdryer and you finding there to be bugs. It's worth noting that your reservation was for a Standard King room, and this room categorydoesn't come with those particular features. For a stay with the amenities you're looking for, we suggest considering a Superior King room. Your comments are unsettling to hear as we work with a Pest Control company who regularly treats the property for pests as is standard in the industry. It's pretty terrible. The bed was hard and uncomfortable and there were all sorts of little issues with the room. The staff was very nice and professional. But the building itself has issues.

We needed a reasonably priced, but safe, motel for an overnight stay due to an interview I had. If you're looking for something super fancy, elegant, &/or roomy, this would be a poor choice. But if you're looking for something affordable, safe, and reasonably comfortable for a short stay, it's absolutely PERFECT, and I highly recommend it! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and if I ever need a place to stay that won't cost me a fortute, this is where I'll be going. Highly recommend!

The room is decent with laminate floors and nice countertop, but the comforters are stained, there was beard hair and garbage left in the room, and things are scratched up. This property is very outdated and definitely needs a refreshing! There’s only so much a cleaning staff can do! You can put lipstick on a pig, but it’s still a pig! The bedspreads and pillowcases were stained so I’m glad I brought my own pillows! The first room reeked of smoke, and the TV didn’t work… So they moved me to a different room and it reeks of marijuana the entire two days I was there! I paid $153 for two nights at this hotel and it definitely was not worth it! Come on Red Roof Inn-you have always been better than this when I have stayed!

The staff was great as they could be. We had problems with the toilet not flushing the entire time we were there. The poor lady at the front desk tried to help us but she was unable to find a plunger. We were given a plunger the next morning. We were offered a different room, but chose to stay and the room we were in because I am disabled and it was easy to get in and out of and we were already settled in. Our breaker kept tripping and they had to keep resetting. We mainly only slept there in the bed was comfy. The parking situation was really bad as well. There was a smashed up car parked crooked in front of our room with no license plate on it who knows how long it's been sitting there it looked like it was full of bullet holes as well. Again I couldn't say enough about the staff they were all so sweet and kind to us. I keep a bag of my own cleaning supplies and that room was cleaner when we left then when we first arrived. We were not expecting anything super fancy and our room looked to have been updated somewhat but whoever did the painting did a terrible job there were paint drips on everything!

We arrived at 10 PM after driving all day. My stay was pre-paid, but the clerk required a deposit. I found later this was buried in the fine print. I asked for my license back and the clerk yelled at me to never come back. I will never visit a Red Roof Inn again and especially not this one. Very negative experience. If there are additional fees that may be required, they should be advised in the price. Not when I arrive.

Our initial room had dirty walls and a dirty door. The fire alarm was beeping repeatedly with no battery in it. There was no microwave or refrigerator. You can tell the door had been busted open due to the broken frame. Our second room was given as a result of the first room. It was slightly cleaner but we noticed bullet holes outside the door.
